I became interested in human mechanics and how the body functions as a young child playing sports. I grew up playing soccer and knew that I wanted to stay involved in sports in some capacity, so I decided to major in Kinesiology - Exercise Science at CSUN in hopes of becoming a physical therapist. During my undergrad, I became involved in biomechanics and motor control research which further fueled my curiosity and excitement about the human body. Currently, I am an M.S. candidate in Biomechanics and a physical therapy aide. My experience and knowledge in both research and physical therapy allow me to help people at StretchLab obtain their desired goal and improve their quality of life. During my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, watching new shows, and watching women’s soccer.

Born and raised in Simi Valley, my journey into wellness began with a love for movement through dance, which I pursued from age 11 and minored in during college. This foundation in physical expression led me to yoga in 2013, where I found a powerful connection between body, mind, and spirit. Now a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, I am passionate about helping others feel good in their bodies and promoting both physical and mental well-being. Teaching since 2024, I focus on creating a welcoming environment where students can explore movement, reduce stress, and tune into their own health needs. While I currently bring a holistic approach to my classes, I'm also eager to expand my knowledge in areas like Ayurveda, Thai massage, and other bodywork practices to enhance my teaching. I’m excited to continue learning and eventually integrate these perspectives into my offerings, supporting others on their journey to wellness.

I’m originally from the East Coast, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health, and I have a strong passion for preventative health and longevity. I work full-time as a Patient Care Coordinator at a physical therapy-based wellness center and part-time as a Flexologist at StretchLab, where I help clients improve flexibility, relieve pain, and feel their best. Having gone through an ankle injury myself (complete with a permanent metal implant in my tibia), I understand firsthand the benefits of stretch therapy and staying active for recovery and wellness. When I’m not working, I focus on staying active with barre and yoga, and finding ways to recharge. I’m a big fan of podcasts and love exploring topics in health and wellness or anything that sparks my curiosity and also enjoy the occasional night out. Making time for personal growth is important to me, and I believe it’s equally essential for my clients as they work toward their own wellness goals.

Originally born in Maryland, I made my transition to L.A in 2017 to pursue the arts. My passion for movement came from dancing for 10+ years and performing with many artists throughout my career. Through my dance training as well as my studies in physical therapy at Prince Georges Community College I was able to find my passion for helping people with their movement and recovery. Stretch Lab has been an amazing place that allows me to work 1 on 1 with people and help improve their mobility and movement. In my down time I teach dance classes, travel, eat good food and help artists with building their careers in the industry.

I earned my degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge and bring over six years of experience in the health and wellness field as a physical therapy aide. My clinical background, combined with two years of experience as an EMT, has shaped my hands-on approach to injury prevention, recovery, and patient-centered care. Currently, I am advancing my education in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Concorde Career College, continuing to deepen my understanding of human movement and rehabilitation. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, I’m passionate about helping clients move better, reduce pain, and improve overall performance through customized assisted stretching sessions. Whether your goal is to enhance athletic performance, recover from daily strain, or simply improve flexibility, I’m excited to support you every step of the way. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me golfing, fishing, or playing pickleball—activities that remind me how important mobility and recovery are for staying active and doing what you love.

I’m originally from DC/Maryland, and my professional dance career brought me to Los Angeles. With years of experience in the industry, a B.F.A. in dance, and a strong fitness background, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the body and movement. I bring a highly trained, intuitive approach to assisted stretching, helping my clients identify areas of tension, improve mobility, and safely increase flexibility while enhancing overall performance and recovery. I specialize in helping clients feel more connected to their bodies by blending the fluidity of dance with the strength and structure of fitness. Whether you’re an athlete, performer, or simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is to help you expand your range of motion, reduce discomfort, and support your body in moving at its full potential.

Hi, my name is Sansar! I was born in Rapid City, South Dakota, and grew up in the Bay Area. I’m currently a kinesiology major with a focus in exercise science at California State University, Northridge. I’ve always been interested in movement, exercise, and helping people feel better in their bodies. For the past two years, I’ve worked at a physical therapy clinic, where I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about rehabilitation and patient care. I’ve also worked with individuals with disabilities at the Brown Center at CSUN, where I helped with flexibility, strength, balance, and proprioception training. Outside of school and work, I love playing volleyball and have been part of CSUN’s volleyball club for the past four years. After I finish my bachelor’s degree, I plan on going to physical therapy school. I’m excited to be a part of the StretchLab team!
