I entered the Marine Corps not knowing much about the body. But early in my career, I found that yoga helped to open my body, relieve injuries, and helped control my breathing. From then I began exploring more and more elements of fitness. On my exit, I obtained my personal training certificate and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course.
Now, after completing my music degree, I have dedicated my time to helping others in their journey to live strong, mobile, mindful lives. From indoor rowing and cycling to yoga and stretching, and everything in-between. I have found that the more I give, the more I enjoy this life of fitness. I enjoy Aerial circus training (trapeze, fabric, straps, etc.) and performing/practicing my music instruments & partner acrobatics. I also like drinking coffee with a mind-opening book in-hand.
