      Howdy I’m Katie! I’m a born-and-raised Calgarian but took a hop, skip, and a jump to Nova Scotia for my Kinesiology degree. As a lifelong athlete and former varsity women’s rugby player, I’m passionate about helping people move and feel their best at any shape or size or stage of their life. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including post-operative patients, older adults, and youth, and I take a client-centered approach that focuses on functional movement and the body as a connected system. My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where you can improve mobility, recover from injury, and move with more confidence through personalized goals and programming.       Hello! My name is Kennedy, and I am preparing to graduate in April 2026 with a degree in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University. My passion for sports and physical activity led me to pursue a career focused on helping others stay active and recover from injury. After experiencing a knee injury myself, I gained firsthand insight into the rehabilitation process, which sparked my interest in sport therapy, stretching, and mobility work. Through my experience working with the men’s basketball team at St. Mary's University and the women’s hockey team at Mount Royal University, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for injury prevention and rehabilitation. I'm passionate about the role stretching and mobility work play in improving movement, reducing injury risk, and helping individuals feel better in their everyday activities.
