Tre
Flexologist
I’ve spent the last 17 years helping people move and feel better through mindful, functional, and personalized training. After earning a Finance degree and spending the early part of my career on Wall Street, I stepped away to raise my family and pursue a life that aligned more closely with my passion for wellness. Since then, I’ve become a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, and Flexologist, with credentials from NASM, AFAA, and ECIT. I’ve completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance training—including Yoga for Cancer (Y4C)—and hold many more additional certifications in mobility, strength, and recovery. I believe in the power of assisted stretching to create real change in how people move and feel in their bodies, and I love bringing my experience into a space that’s truly client-centered. My goal is simple: help people feel stronger, freer, and more at ease in their bodies—at any stage of life. Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hanging out with my dog Molly, and staying active in all kinds of ways. Movement is more than exercise to me—it’s a lifelong journey of connection, strength, and play.
