Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. I worked in Physical Therapy Technician for 4+ years at DOTC. I have a certification in Personal Training through NASM. I was also a collegiate Track and Cross country athlete at UNT, a BLS Provider, and Assistant Track and Cross Country coach for middle school and high school 2018-2020. When I'm not at StretchLab I love to run, bike, swim, lift, play beach volleyball, and basketball, etc. and nearly anything outdoors. I'm a very competitive person, no matter what I'm doing I'm fully invested. I love pushing my body to its limits and pursuing big crazy dreams. What I love about StretchLab is that along with pushing my limits, I am passionate about helping others push their limits and achieve their goals. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to use that passion and drive to help clients reach their flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and freedom of movement goals! Seeing progress and pains and aches go away gets me pumped and excited! I also love that StretchLab allows me to build relationships with awesome clients along the way to their goals. And to encourage and cheer them on along the way as we work towards those goals together! Let's get loose and live long!

NASM CPT, CES - I have been heavily involved in sports throughout my life. Due to a hip injury while playing volleyball, I had to take a step back to let my body heal and think of my long term health. Throughout my recovery I worked as a club volleyball coach and performance trainer, where I got to train athletes of all sports and sizes. With athletes- come injuries, aches and pains. These obstacles pushed me to learn how to adjust and change certain movements to ensure health and comfort. This has led me to where I’m at now! I’m currently studying Kinesiology, with plans to become a DPT. I strive to help others feel and move better. I love exercising in my down time. I recently got into running so have been training to keep pushing new limits! I love the environment!! Getting to know my clients and those of others is such a treat throughout the day.

I'm Jean-Marie - an exercise and training enthusiast who has a hard time sitting still for too long. Outside of school, most of my experience comes from 3–4 years of work and volunteering in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings. I played soccer before focusing more seriously on track and cross-country from high school through college at Texas Tech, where jumping and relays were my main pursuits. My passion for fitness and wellness is rooted in functional movement — the kind that supports everything from everyday life on the couch to your biggest adrenaline rush. I’ve helped people reduce pain, build strength they didn’t think was possible, and move confidently again, whether they’re working around past injuries or just trying to cover all their bases. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me training calisthenics, gardening, running, or biking with my dog. I’m also a bit of a nerd, so gaming, building things, or watching anime is usually in the mix. I love seeing the growth and progress people can achieve, and I thrive off that energy. I’m here to cheer you on through your next breakthrough.

I am currently an undergraduate nursing student at the University of Arlington, my future goal is to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. I formerly played college basketball at Lasell University in Boston which initiated my interest and education regarding muscle groups. I was formerly a Swim and Fitness Coach allowing me to understand further how muscles work and now how to take care of them. I love exercising, now more than ever since it is no longer a mandatory part of my day. I also enjoy experiencing new places and things with friends because we were never meant to take on this life alone! I love that at Stretch Lab we see a wide variety of people whether it be young athletes in their prime or an elderly trying to stay mobile. I love that with this job it allows me to meet and understand new people while simultaneously being able to help and increase their overall quality of life.
