      Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. I worked in Physical Therapy Technician for 4+ years at DOTC. I have a certification in Personal Training through NASM. I was also a collegiate Track and Cross country athlete at UNT, a BLS Provider, and Assistant Track and Cross Country coach for middle school and high school 2018-2020. When I'm not at StretchLab I love to run, bike, swim, lift, play beach volleyball, and basketball, etc. and nearly anything outdoors. I'm a very competitive person, no matter what I'm doing I'm fully invested. I love pushing my body to its limits and pursuing big crazy dreams. What I love about StretchLab is that along with pushing my limits, I am passionate about helping others push their limits and achieve their goals. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to use that passion and drive to help clients reach their flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and freedom of movement goals! Seeing progress and pains and aches go away gets me pumped and excited! I also love that StretchLab allows me to build relationships with awesome clients along the way to their goals. And to encourage and cheer them on along the way as we work towards those goals together! Let's get loose and live long!

      Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Texas Permian Basin, after which I worked in a physical therapy clinic as a technician for over a year. I have a certification in personal training for about 3 years specializing in functional training. I played collegiate soccer for four years at UTPB, a BLS provider and certified lifeguard. In my free time I love to hike, fish, and play sand volleyball along with soccer. I love that StretchLab has given me the opportunity to improve on people’s lives and well being along with helping people move and function to their full potential. I’ve always had a passion to help others reach their goals, get to that range of motion they thought they’d never get back to and I’m excited that I have the opportunity to keep that dream alive.

      I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia on a full gymnastics scholarship. I have worked in physical therapy as a technician and have extensive knowledge and experience in strength training. As a competitive gymnast for over 20 years and a former NCAA athlete, I know how important it is to take care of your body with proper exercises, stretching and techniques to improve performance while protecting your body from injury. I love going on outdoor walks with my dog and friends, cooking, and trying out new workouts. I have always enjoyed a hands-on approach to helping people achieve their goals and feeling their best. StretchLab allows me to build relationships with clients and be a part of their health and wellness journey by educating and providing support in any way I can to assist them in reaching their optimal level of well-being!

      Being a former student-athlete and professional basketball player, I possess a strong passion for fitness, wellness and all things related to the betterment of our wellbeing as humans. I played 4 years of college basketball at TCU and UC Riverside, and had stops in Australia, OKC and Canada throughout my professional basketball career. Additionally, I have been involved in the basketball coaching/player development arena for almost 10 years. When I’m not at StretchLab, you might find me in the gym, going on adventures, getting stuck into a good book, whipping something up in the kitchen or enjoying some great food, playing basketball, or anything that keeps me active! I love to better myself and find new ways of learning/improving, so being able to translate that directly to StretchLab and help others better themselves along with their own unique life journey is an awesome blessing! Not only that, but seeing someone progress, achieve goals and ultimately feel better overall is so rewarding… not to mention the relationships you build along the way are absolutely priceless.

      I graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Minor in Sports Management. There, I worked as a Facility Supervisor for the Recreation Center while also being the President of the Men’s Club Soccer Team for over 2 years. Through my time as an athlete all my life and hours in various Physical Therapy clinics, I have extensive knowledge in leadership skills, personal development, and taking care of your body as an active individual. In my free time I love to exercise! Playing different sports like soccer, basketball, and baseball while also going on hikes and lifting weights are hobbies I am consistently involved in. Watching and supporting my Philadelphia sports teams has always been a passion of mine as well! I love that StretchLab has given me the opportunity to build relationships and have a strong focus to help reach your goals. It is truly a blessing that I get to have a hand in your journey towards feeling your best.

      Hi! I’m Elisa! I went to Texas A&M University and got my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. My goal with that degree is to take it into PTA/PT school. At A&M, I worked with D1 athletes with the Athletic Training team and I also worked in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic, so I have lots of different experience! My favorite things to do range from playing pickleball outside in the sun to having a night in with a movie. I love trying different coffee shops and am always looking for a new one! I love StretchLab because it allows me to help people feel better! I love interacting with different people and learning from them.

      As a certified personal trainer and holistic nutrition coach, it is very important to me to have a well rounded and balanced body, especially when it comes to physical movement and feeling great. I played soccer for 16 years and still remain extremely active and enjoy weight training. I love to be outside, whether it’s on a mountain or a beach. Cooking and baking are always fun too and coming up with new recipes. My cat, Phoebe (named after the F.R.I.E.N.D.S character), is always around too. I love StretchLab because it is a holistic approach to physically feeling great and I get to help and educate myself and others everyday about what we do.

      My background is in hatha and vinyasa yoga instruction. I attended School Yoga Institute in Calca, Peru and graduated with my 200 hour yoga teaching certification in December 2022. I have been teaching ever since, and practicing even longer! I really love to travel whenever I get the chance. I love to go to new places and explore. I am also a huge music person, having played the saxophone for 12 years. I love that StretchLab makes mobility and body maintenance fun, accessible, and tailored to each individual. I take great pride in being able to help people live their most comfortable lives!

      I have worked along side an occupational therapist for 2 years. Aiding and helping the upper body. I have a degree in kinesiology/health studies. And have taught group fitness classes. I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible either playing with my dog, hiking kayaking swimming or tending to my plants. I love cooking and making food for others! Eat good feel good! Working at stretch lab allows me to use all the knowledge I have gained from different jobs to help propel make there lives better! Helping people in a small way that makes a big impact.

      NASM CPT, CES - I have been heavily involved in sports throughout my life. Due to a hip injury while playing volleyball, I had to take a step back to let my body heal and think of my long term health. Throughout my recovery I worked as a club volleyball coach and performance trainer, where I got to train athletes of all sports and sizes. With athletes- come injuries, aches and pains. These obstacles pushed me to learn how to adjust and change certain movements to ensure health and comfort. This has led me to where I’m at now! I’m currently studying Kinesiology, with plans to become a DPT. I strive to help others feel and move better. I love exercising in my down time. I recently got into running so have been training to keep pushing new limits! I love the environment!! Getting to know my clients and those of others is such a treat throughout the day.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
