    Lead Flexologist

Hi my name is Maya! I was born in Charlotte and raised in Fort Mill. During adolescence, my biggest passion was always gymnastics. I competed for 10 years and then became a competitive coach. The various challenges and lessons from gymnastics inspired me to study Exercise Science at Wingate University. Outside of work, I love to explore different restaurants around Charlotte and try various cuisines to expand my palate; my favorite cuisine is seafood paella. I also love exercising and being active while taking part in light-hearted competitive activities such as bowling and billiards. I am excited to be part of StretchLab because I am a big believer in educating the general population on proactive-preventative techniques.

Hey, I’m Christian. I’m originally from New Jersey but spent the latter half of my life right here in Fort Mill. Growing up, I was naturally drawn to athletics and training—I’ve always loved the idea of improving yourself through effort, discipline, and technique. Because of that, I completed my studies at York Technical College and Winthrop University, earning degrees in Personal Training and Exercise Science with perfect GPAs. My driving force in school was a desire for a deeper understanding of how and why things work. At my core, I believe my ability to use my body and mind is meant to help others, and that’s what I aim to demonstrate in everything I do.

Hi, I’m Maddie! I was born in Ohio but have lived in Fort Mill since 2009. I recently graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Professional Writing and Rhetoric. While at Queens, I managed the women’s volleyball team, where I developed a deeper appreciation for the role that stretching, mobility, and recovery play in both performance and everyday life. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and improve their overall quality of life through movement. When I’m not at StretchLab, you can find me cooking, traveling, playing cards, or spending time with my dogs and cats. I’m excited to be part of the StretchLab family and can’t wait to meet you!
