Hi my name is Maya! I was born in Charlotte and raised in Fort Mill. During adolescence, my biggest passion was always gymnastics. I competed for 10 years and then became a competitive coach. The various challenges and lessons from gymnastics inspired me to study Exercise Science at Wingate University. Outside of work, I love to explore different restaurants around Charlotte and try various cuisines to expand my palate; my favorite cuisine is seafood paella. I also love exercising and being active while taking part in light-hearted competitive activities such as bowling and billiards. I am excited to be part of StretchLab because I am a big believer in educating the general population on proactive-preventative techniques.

Hi, I’m Cedara! I’m a Charlotte native and a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Public Health. Over the past year as a Flexologist at StretchLab, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my passion for movement and wellness to help people enhance their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. With a background in sports and a strong interest in how the body functions, I aim to create a supportive and informative experience for each client. Whether it’s improving range of motion or simply helping someone feel their best, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact. When I’m not in the studio, I love checking out new spots around Charlotte, discovering great food, and enjoying all the excitement that comes with this stage of life.

I graduated from Winthrop University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. My interest in health and fitness began at a young age through years of practicing martial arts. That discipline not only taught me mental and physical resilience but also inspired a deep passion for helping others become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. As a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist and CPR certified professional, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to every session. Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or working toward advanced goals, I strive to create a supportive, motivating environment tailored to each individual’s needs. I plan to further my education by pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future, with the goal of expanding my ability to help people move better, recover stronger, and live pain-free. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, recreational sports, and the occasional Netflix binge—so I fully understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today’s busy world. I’m a big believer in the importance of stretching, mobility, and balance in any routine, whether you're an athlete or just trying to feel better day to day. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your goals, and helping you build a path to success—one step, one rep, and one stretch at a time.

Hi, I’m Sydney — a Charlotte native, health coach, yoga instructor, and certified Flexologist at StretchLab. I specialize in blending breathwork, strength training, and yoga into personalized assisted stretching sessions to help clients feel stronger, more mobile, and deeply connected to their bodies. Whether I’m guiding breath through a deep hamstring release or leading a heart-opening yoga flow, my goal is to support lasting, embodied wellness from the inside out. When I’m not on the mat or the stretch table, you’ll find me in the sauna or braving a cold plunge—my favorite reset combo.

Hi, my name is Jonathan, but you can call me Johnny! I was born in Worcester, MA, and raised in Charlotte. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing football sparked my interest in lifting, which eventually grew into a deeper passion for strength training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. I’ve been in the gym consistently for about eight years now, always learning and growing in the fitness industry. My inspiration for joining StretchLab comes from the importance I place on longevity, mobility, and overall quality of life. I’ve seen firsthand how proper stretching and recovery can make a major difference in both performance and everyday movement, and I’m excited to help others experience that for themselves. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me lifting, hiking, skiing, spending time with my girlfriend, friends and family, walking my dog, or playing with my cat. I also love grilling steak and staying active however I can. I’m looking forward to working with you and helping you move and feel your best!

Hi, I’m Aiden! I’m a Charlotte, NC native with a passion for movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Lander University. As a former dual-sport athlete in basketball and football, I developed a deep interest in exercise and injury prevention, especially after navigating injuries myself. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to grow in my field while making a real difference in people’s mobility and overall well-being. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy staying active by playing basketball and resistance training.
