“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.” – Charles R Swindoll
After a decade of sitting at a desk, I found myself struggling with chronic pain and health issues. With this came the slow realization that this wasn’t the way I wanted to live, so I decided to change my lifestyle starting with my career. In 2021, I graduated with an A.A.S. in Integrative Health Professions with a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, Reiki Master, 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and certified personal trainer. I am fascinated by Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), gut health, epigenetics, myofascial, and the evolution of yoga. I believe in functional movement, lifestyle balance, and that health includes our mind, body, and spirit. Everyone has their own unique challenges, strengths, and goals when it comes to flexibility and range of motion. My goal is to meet people where they are and in my role as a Flexologist to use what I’ve learned to help them realize the best version of themselves.
