As a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and reiki master, I’m very interested in how stress, emotion, and trauma can create tension and tightness in the body. In my stretch sessions, we’ll use deep belly breathing to relax and reassure your body, and we’ll use PNF to help your body feel strong and safe throughout its full range of motion. My goal for you is to gain not only mobility, strength, and relief from pain, but also a greater sense of body awareness and connection. My favorite activities outside of stretching and yoga are singing, dancing, and drumming.

      Adriane Anile
      Flexologist
Adriane graduated from the Rolf Institute® in Boulder, CO and is also a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Several years ago, chronic back and neck pain due to injuries led her to Rolfing Structural Integration which a form of myofascial release massage. It dramatically improved her chronic pain. Periodic maintenance sessions with a Rolfer along with a consistent yoga and stretch practice help keep her as pain free as possible. Her passion for the benefits of yoga and stretching inspired her to also become a yin yoga instructor and now a Flexologist. Adriane's most important goal is to assist clients in seeking their body’s highest potential and facilitate them in achieving more comfort and ease in the body as well. Adriane is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience and the profound effects of assisted stretching.

Hello! My name is Tayah. I grew up in Moab Utah and have since lived many places in the country but I am very happy to have landed here in Fort Collins. I began practicing yoga in 2010 and instantly recognized the countless healing benefits yoga has to offer. I started working closely with a yoga studio in Key West, FL and decided teaching yoga was my next step. In 2020, I completed my CYT 200 Yoga Certification in Key West, FL with an emphasis in Hatha and Vinyasa. Being a lifelong learner, I continued to study and practice daily. In February of 2021, I decided to deepen my knowledge by completing a 200 hour RYT Hatha/Vinyasa training in Mexico. I create a safe and relaxing space for my clients to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find peace and relaxation. I am honored to be a part of StretchLab helping to bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other's lives.

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.” – Charles R Swindoll After a decade of sitting at a desk, I found myself struggling with chronic pain and health issues. With this came the slow realization that this wasn’t the way I wanted to live, so I decided to change my lifestyle starting with my career. In 2021, I graduated with an A.A.S. in Integrative Health Professions with a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, Reiki Master, 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and certified personal trainer. I am fascinated by Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), gut health, epigenetics, myofascial, and the evolution of yoga. I believe in functional movement, lifestyle balance, and that health includes our mind, body, and spirit. Everyone has their own unique challenges, strengths, and goals when it comes to flexibility and range of motion. My goal is to meet people where they are and in my role as a Flexologist to use what I’ve learned to help them realize the best version of themselves.
