As a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and reiki master, I’m very interested in how stress, emotion, and trauma can create tension and tightness in the body. In my stretch sessions, we’ll use deep belly breathing to relax and reassure your body, and we’ll use PNF to help your body feel strong and safe throughout its full range of motion. My goal for you is to gain not only mobility, strength, and relief from pain, but also a greater sense of body awareness and connection. My favorite activities outside of stretching and yoga are singing, dancing, and drumming.

Adriane is trained in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and is also a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Several years ago, chronic back and neck pain mainly from working as a nurse led her to Structural Integration which is a form of myofascial massage therapy. It dramatically improved her chronic pain. Periodic maintenance sessions with a Structural Integration (SI) Practitioner along with a consistent yoga and stretch practice help keep her as pain free as possible. Her passion for the benefits of yoga and stretching inspired her to also become a yin yoga instructor and now a Flexologist. Adriane's most important goal is to assist clients in seeking their body’s highest potential and facilitate them in achieving more comfort and ease in the body as well. Adriane is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience and the profound effects of assisted stretching.

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.” – Charles R Swindoll After a decade of sitting at a desk, I found myself struggling with chronic pain and health issues. With this came the slow realization that this wasn’t the way I wanted to live, so I decided to change my lifestyle starting with my career. In 2021, I graduated with an A.A.S. in Integrative Health Professions with a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, Reiki Master, 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and certified personal trainer. I am fascinated by Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), gut health, epigenetics, myofascial, and the evolution of yoga. I believe in functional movement, lifestyle balance, and that health includes our mind, body, and spirit. Everyone has their own unique challenges, strengths, and goals when it comes to flexibility and range of motion. My goal is to meet people where they are and in my role as a Flexologist to use what I’ve learned to help them realize the best version of themselves.

Hi, I’m Taylor, a Licensed Massage Therapist and 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. The past 10 years I have spent time exploring the magnificence of the human body and continuing my education on a variety of bodywork modalities. This led me to become immersed into a life-long pursuit of anatomical exploration. My passion is to spark inspiration for your wellness journey, using unique physical movements through PNF stretching and conscious breathing to access wider ranges of motion and mind-body connections. I look forward to working with you to reach your unique goals and creating a customized plan of conscious care together.

As a Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Reflexologist, Life & Wellness Coach, I am deeply passionate about learning and teaching how to take care of our bodies- it’s the only body we have! Using my BS in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Wellness, I am able to create a bridge between the physical and energetic bodies to help you release stored stress and emotion that is manifesting as tension, tightness, and pain. In a stretch session with me you will learn different perspectives on the mind/body connection and how the breath can be a powerful tool during our deep PNF stretches. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with a greater awareness of what’s happening in your body. I have been working one on one and in group settings for over 10 years and it is my mission to learn what YOU need for YOUR body- because every body is different! I look forward to working with you!

Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a Michigan native who moved to Colorado in August 2022. I lived the previous 4 1/2 years in sunny Florida and became part of a yoga community, which allowed me to recognize the many benefits of yoga and breathwork. After applying the knowledge I gained to my everyday life, I knew I needed to share it with others. I went on to become a 200hr CYT specializing in yin and vinyasa yoga in group and private settings. My goal is to create a safe, calm space to assist you in bringing awareness to the mind/body connection to help reduce stress, anxiety, and overall tension. I appreciate the opportunity to learn about individual clients and customize each session to best meet their goals.
