      I am a certified personal trainer and consider my speciality functional movement. For me mobility is all about moving well with out pain. When I'm not stretching clients you'll find me working out in my home gym or throwing heavy things for fun.

      I am a certified personal trainer and am a kinesiology major studying physical therapy. I consider my specialty being able to work with clients with long dated injuries, regardless of age. For me mobility is the ability to safely and comfortably perform day to day and in extracurricular activities. When I'm not stretching clients you'll find me stretching with another flexologist or working out at the gym.

      I consider my specialty to be functional movement. I have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science and a certification in strength and conditioning. For me mobility is essential when it comes to performing activities of daily living to the best of our abilities. When I’m not stretching clients you can find me doing an outdoor activity, or at home cooking.

      I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a background in integrated movement science. I am also a holistic lifestyle coach and hold a certification from Precision Nutrition. I consider my specialty holistic health and corrective exercise. For me mobility is fluidity in movement without pain. It should be easy and effortless. When I'm not stretching you'll find me meditating, working out, watching the 49ers kick some butt, and enjoying some good food.

      I have a bachelor's of science with a concentration in Athletic Training and have been a personal trainer going on ten years. I focus on getting my clients back to moving healthy, lose unwanted weight and build quality muscle. Mobility is key to moving efficiently and without pain. When I'm not working out you can find me in in the woods camping, climbing mountains or kayak fishing.

I consider my speciality to be my ability to connect with clients and establish trust. For me mobility is able to move freely and have control of the movement. When I'm not stretching clients you'll find me studying or at the gym.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
