Jacob Tracey is a U.S. Navy veteran, certified personal trainer, and Exercise Science graduate student with over 15 years of training experience. His passion for health and fitness extends beyond strength training and athletic performance to helping people move better, recover effectively, and improve their overall quality of life.
Drawing from his military background, fitness experience, and academic studies, Jacob understands the important role flexibility, mobility, and recovery play in long-term health and performance. Having worked through his own injuries and movement limitations, he appreciates the value of maintaining healthy movement patterns at every stage of life.
Jacob is committed to helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, enhance performance, and move with greater confidence so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy most.
