      Sean is a Kinesiology graduate with a deep passion for helping people move and feel their best. With over a decade of experience in personal training and the last five years specializing in assisted stretching, he understands the importance of mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you're looking to recover, improve flexibility, or simply feel better in your daily movement, Sean is committed to guiding you on your wellness journey.

      Jerrie has maintained a dual interest in traditional and holistic modalities for many years. She started in pre-med and finished her degree in business, then managed nurses for many years at Penn. While working in traditional healthcare, she went to yoga school (200 RYT), became an ACE personal trainer, learned Reiki and has taught yoga for over 20 years. She is an experienced flexologist who stays current with traditional and holistic modalities as well as her continuing education courses -her latest certification in corrective exercise is pending. She combines traditional and holistic modalities to help each individual achieve their own health and wellness goals.

My mission is to use my bodywork skills to help my clients achieve their self-care and wellness goals. My hobbies are dance, playing the viola, and spending time with family.       Chrissy is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and is also a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu. Along with her work at StretchLab, she continues to teach both yoga and Jiu-Jitsu, working with kids, men, and women of all ages. She is passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. Her philosophy is simple: health isn’t about perfection—it’s just about showing up.

      Carl has been a licensed massage therapist in and around the Philadelphia area for more than a decade. As a lifelong athlete in several sports, he is an advocate for movement and breath work. He is enthusiastic to share his knowledge and experience with clients to help them with addressing their own issues and achieving their goals wherever they are on their bodywork journey. In his youth, he imagined working with athletes. However, along the way, he developed a fondness for the senior population, making his clientele extremely diverse.

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
