    Brandon is a proud graduate of Augusta University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports and Exercise Science. He is a NASM and ASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and a nationally accredited Flexologist. His background as a group fitness instructor further highlights his expertise in fitness and wellness. When he's not working with clients, Brandon enjoys playing football and lacrosse, showcasing his lifelong passion for movement and athleticism. With his diverse skill set and dedication to helping others, Brandon takes pride in supporting clients on their journey to improved flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

    Simone

    Flexologist

    Driven by a genuine love for movement and performance, Simone brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to her work in fitness and mobility training. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Augusta University, and she is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. This well rounded background allows her to take a personalized, whole body approach to helping clients move and feel their best. As a former dancer with 18 years of training and performance across multiple genres, Simone developed a deep appreciation for the importance of flexibility, mobility, and body awareness at an early age. This experience strongly shaped her passion and mission for helping people of all ages and activity levels improve how their bodies move—whether their goal is better performance, injury prevention, or simply feeling better in everyday life. Outside of the studio, Simone enjoys staying active through workouts and Zumba classes, and she values spending quality time with her five younger siblings. Her upbeat energy, experience, and genuine care for others make her deeply committed to helping each client build a healthier, more mobile lifestyle.

    Flexologist

    Hunter is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and has a strong passion for helping people move, feel, and perform at their best. With a background in athletics, weight training, and movement mechanics, Hunter understands the importance of stretching and mobility in supporting recovery, flexibility, and long-term health. During sessions, Hunter focuses on movement quality, posture, and areas of chronic tightness that may be limiting how clients feel or perform in their daily lives. He pays close attention to how muscle groups work together and enjoys helping clients improve mobility in ways that support their overall lifestyle. Whether the goal is improved performance, reduced tension, or better day-to-day movement, Hunter meets each client where they are. Hunter is known for his encouraging approach and dedication to helping clients reach their personal goals—one stretch at a time. He looks forward to supporting each client on their movement journey at StretchLab.

    Flexologust

    Ryan graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, where he developed a strong understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and overall body mechanics. His experience as a physical therapy intern shaped his passion for helping people move safely and confidently, and he plans to further his education as he pursues a career in physical therapy. As a NASM certified personal trainer, Ryan brings both knowledge and hands-on experience into every session. Years spent in the gym have shown him how essential flexibility and recovery are—not just for performance, but for long term health and injury prevention. He loves helping clients feel the immediate difference that intentional, guided stretching can make. Ryan is especially passionate about assisted stretching and enjoys being part of StretchLab because it allows him to help people move better, feel better, and stay active doing the things they love. He believes consistency is key to lasting results and looks forward to supporting members throughout their wellness journey.
