      Shaniah
      Shaniah
      Flexologist
      Shaniah is originally from SoCal, but moved to the Bay Area where she attained her B.S. and M.S in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. She has an athletic background in boxing, basketball, and softball; her current sport is powerlifting. She is currently working towards pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy with the intent to specialize in orthopedics.

      Bethany has her B.A in Kinesiology with a background in personal training and health & wellness. She’s currently in massage school with the ultimate goal of specializing in neuromuscular therapy. In addition to her work life she loves boxing, lifting weights and enjoying the sun!

      Flexologist
      Julia was born and raised in San Francisco. She obtained her B.S in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Movement Sciences at San Francisco State University. Julia has a sports background in volleyball, wrestling, and she currently like to powerlift. She is looking to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Chiropractic. Julia enjoys weightlifting, rock climbing, and volunteering for local sports events.

      Nelly is a San Francisco native, graduating from San Francisco State University in 2020 with her B.S. in Kinesiology and again in 2024 with her M.S. in Kinesiology, emphasizing in Movement Science. During her time at SFSU, Nelly engaged in personal training and group exercise within the community, working with various populations. Nelly also coaches girls basketball for SF Rec and Parks, coaching at the elementary school, middle school, and high school levels. In her free time, Nelly likes to cook, walk, and play basketball.

      Nataliya earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Studies from the University of San Francisco and plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about helping people improve their mobility, prevent injuries, and feel confident in their bodies. In addition to working as a Flexologist, Nataliya has experience volunteering in a Physical Therapy clinic and working with older adults, which has deepened her appreciation for the importance of body awareness and mobility work. To stay active, she enjoys hiking and attending yoga classes. Outside of the studio, she loves exploring new cities, spending time with friends and family, and trying out different coffee shops around the city.

      Cate is currently working towards her B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of San Francisco with minors in Chemistry and Neuroscience . She is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has a background in dance and competitive swimming, and is looking to pursue a career in Physical Therapy after graduation. She has experience teaching swim lessons and dance classes, shadowing at PT clinics, and is passionate about movement as medicine. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, crocheting, and exploring the city.

      Liam was born and raised in San Francisco, recently graduating from University of Oregon with a B.S. in Human Physiology. He has a large history of playing as well as coaching sports including rugby, boxing, soccer, baseball, Irish sports and others. Liam will be pursuing a career in physical therapy, returning to school in a few years. He has lots of experience working one on one with people from personal training as well as experience as a physical therapy aide. He specializes in rehabilitation, increased performance, motor control, and injury prevention. In his off time, Liam enjoys hiking with his dog, cooking, traveling, and working out.
      Luigi
      Luigi
      Flexologist
      Luigi was born in the Pampanga province of the Philippines, but moved here to San Francisco when he was six years old. It’s been home ever since. At the age of 17, he joined the Marine Corps, eventually deploying to Japan, where he worked side by side with the Japanese Defense Force. After having finished his deployment, he wanted to explore a new sport, eventually finding his love for boxing. He is currently a boxer fighting out of B Street Boxing, and a boxing coach for Rock Steady Boxing Peninsula, working specifically with individuals who have Parkinson’s disease. Additionally, Luigi has worked with the veteran population as a physical therapy volunteer at the SF VA Medical Center, and has just finished a volunteering rotation at UCSF Medical Center (Parnassus) working specifically in the ICU as part of the Rehab Team. Having recently obtained his B.S. in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University, his next steps are pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Outside of the studio, Luigi is a gigantic foodie who loves to explore new food spots for his curious taste buds, spend time with his loved ones, and binge different anime, mangas/manhuas/manhwas. He’s definitely looking forward to meeting you!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
