Hi, 'm Stacy. I graduated from Hastings College with a bachelors in education and then received my masters degree from Doane College. Fitness is and has always been my passion! I have certifications in CrossFit, personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching. I compete in distances from 1 mile all the way up to 100 miles. I recently added Spartan races to my competition schedule, and flexibility is key to compete in the obstacle course. I know the importance of flexibility to prevent injury and improve daily activities. Flexibility promotes longevity and allows a healthy lifestyle. Working at StretchLab allows me to share, educate and help others reach their personal goals.
