I graduated from University in South Africa with a Computer Science degree. Having a deep passion for health and fitness, I began my coaching journey by obtaining certifications in Lesmills Bodybalance and Core (formation of yoga, pilates, and thai chi) with 500 hours of training, NASM Personal Trainer, and NASM Nutrition Coach.
From designing exercise plans that build strength, endurance, and power using proper alignments and technique to creating yoga sequences that transforms oneself bringing harmony and balance to the whole mind and body through deep stretches and meditation. Teaching the importance of the synergy of breath and movement to improve one's flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and balance. Setting an all inclusive environment portraying kindness and understanding to all clients on their individual journeys. I enjoy traveling, coaching, reading, and relaxing.
