      Laura’s journey with movement began through yoga and a deep appreciation for the power of stretching and breath. After earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, she committed fully to helping people move better, feel better, and experience more freedom in their bodies. Her approach blends mobility, mindfulness, and accessible recovery, creating sessions that are warm, encouraging, and grounded. Whether you’re new to stretching or looking to take your mobility to the next level, Laura meets you where you are—one breath and one stretch at a time.

      Flexologist, Movement Specialist & Future DPT
      With a degree in Exercise Science from Cal State LA and hands-on experience in physical therapy settings, Agustin brings both clinical knowledge and genuine care to every session. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy, blending evidence-based practice with personalized movement. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better in daily life, Agustin’s goal is to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence—without pain holding you back.

      Bryce brings the mindset of a fighter and the care of a coach to every stretch. With experience as an amateur MMA fighter and a background in personal training, he understands the physical demands of training, recovery, and long-term performance. His sessions focus on mobility, injury prevention, and sustainable strength—helping clients recover faster, move better, and stay consistent. Bryce’s mission is simple: help every client move pain-free so they can keep doing what they love, longer and stronger.

      Anthony holds a degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and has extensive experience working with athletes and individuals of all abilities. His background includes athletic recovery, assisted stretching, and adaptive movement support. He brings a hands-on, thoughtful approach to each session—combining movement science with personalized care. Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to move with less pain and more confidence, Anthony helps you get there safely and effectively.

      Flexologist, Kinesiology Graduate & Future Occupational Therapist
      Jennifer earned her degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and is currently working at StretchLab while preparing to begin her doctorate in Occupational Therapy at USC. Her background in gymnastics and cheerleading gives her a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and recovery. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel cared for and empowered. Jennifer’s sessions focus on helping you move pain-free—whether that means improving performance, recovery, or everyday movement.

      Prince specializes in mindful movement, corrective exercise, and the connection between breath, rhythm, and mobility. Certified in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Nutrition Coaching, he brings a calm, intentional approach to every session. Drawing from a background in performance-based movement and music, Prince helps clients relax the nervous system while improving control and range of motion. His goal is to help you move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence—both on and off the bench.

      Flexologist, Dancer, & Movement Educator
      Acadia’s movement journey began in childhood through acting, where she first experienced the powerful connection between mind, body, and expression. She holds a B.A. in Dance with a focus on Modern and Contemporary movement, giving her a strong foundation in both the artistry and mechanics of human movement. Passionate about education, Acadia enjoys helping clients better understand their own bodies and feel empowered in how they move. Her sessions focus on alignment, proper movement initiation, and building greater control through intentional mobility work. Blending technical knowledge with intuitive awareness, Acadia creates sessions that support both healing and performance - helping clients expand their range of motion, move with more confidence, and discover new pathways for movement in everyday life.
