      Ray
      Ray
      Lead Flexologist
Hi, I’m Ray! My family and I moved back to Idaho from Austin, Texas in 2018, and I’ve been passionate about helping people move better ever since. My interest in flexibility and mobility began at a young age through martial arts and sports, but it truly grew through my own journey of managing daily physical pain and recovery, where I learned firsthand the importance of proper movement and care. I bring a background in physical therapy as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, along with experience as a certified personal trainer, to help clients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and move with more confidence in their daily lives. I’m passionate about working with individuals of all backgrounds to support their recovery and long-term movement goals. When I’m not at StretchLab, I enjoy exploring new places, going on adventures, and discovering great food. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing what you love.

      Flexologist
Hi, I’m Dominic! My passion for movement and performance comes from a lifetime dedication to fitness, conditioning, and competitive sports—including both physical athletics and E-sports. I discovered my love for educating and helping others during my time in the United States Air Force, where I contributed to the revamp of the physical training program. Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Boise and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Evaluation from Boise State University. With over a decade of experience in personal training and group fitness instruction, I’ve developed a strong foundation in helping people improve performance, recover effectively, and move with purpose. Through my work as a Flexologist, I’m passionate about helping clients with recovery, restoration, and greater functionality in their everyday lives. I truly enjoy building connections with each client and working together to better understand their body and movement. Book a session and let’s get your body moving the way it’s meant to.

Hi, I’m Andre! I’m the Assistant Studio Manager at StretchLab Eagle, and I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. I’m passionate about helping others feel supported, capable, and confident in their everyday lives. I’ve always had a love for movement and staying active, whether that’s through sports, Jiu Jitsu, or spending time outdoors. I’m a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu, and that experience has taught me the importance of discipline, consistency, and taking care of your body. With over 2.5 years at StretchLab, along with my background as an Idaho Licensed EMT and BLS certification, I bring a strong focus on safety, care, and creating a positive experience for every client. I’m always looking to grow, learn, and find ways to make life easier for those around me. Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending time in nature, hanging out with my dog Prince, and being with my fiancée Hailey. My goal is to help you feel better every time you walk through our doors and ensure you have a great experience with our team.

Hi, I’m Kelsey! Originally from New York, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport, where I built a strong foundation in both athletic performance and overall physical health. During my time in school, I gained hands-on experience through internships in a chiropractic office and an athletic weight room, which helped shape my well-rounded approach to movement and recovery. As a former collegiate basketball and softball athlete, I’ve always had a passion for staying active and challenging my body. I continue to enjoy activities like flag football, hiking, snowboarding, skateboarding, and climbing. Through my experience, I’ve developed a passion for helping others improve their physical well-being, move more confidently, and reach their personal wellness goals. Flexologist
Hi, I'm Isabella! My passion for movement began as a lifelong athlete and continued while competing in Track & Field at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Throughout my athletic career, I experienced injuries that taught me firsthand how important mobility, recovery, and proper body care are to staying active and performing your best. Those experiences inspired me to help others move with greater confidence, reduce pain, and continue doing the activities they love. I also gained valuable experience working as a Physical Therapy Aide, where I developed a deeper appreciation for helping people improve their quality of life through movement. Outside of the studio, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. I'm passionate about helping every client feel their best, and I look forward to helping you improve the way your body moves. I can't wait to see you in the studio.
      Kyler
      Kyler
      Flexologist
Hi, I'm Kyler! Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, my passion for movement and functional health began through strength training and weightlifting. My desire to help others, however, came from watching my grandmother struggle with everyday pain and limited mobility. Seeing how difficult simple tasks became for her inspired me to pursue a career focused on helping people move better and live with less pain. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science from Boise State University and have experience working as a Physical Therapy Aide. I love helping clients improve their mobility, build confidence in their movement, and continue doing the activities they enjoy most. When I'm not at StretchLab, you'll usually find me in the gym or listening to audiobooks while out on a walk. I'm excited to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy everything life has to offer. I can't wait to see you on my table!
