Jonathan earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training and Psychology while playing Collegiate Soccer. After college, he transitioned into the sport of CrossFit where he has been competing for 4 years. Jonathan became a remote Personal Trainer, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and a USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach. At StretchLab, he has the pleasure to share his passion for connecting with others, as well as his expertise in the human body, health and longevity. StretchLab also allows him to make a huge impact in his clients’ everyday lives.

Ray is a Physical Therapist Assistant and also a big thrill seeker – scuba diving, zip lining, skydiving – bring on the thrills! StretchLab is a great environment that allows him to hone and apply his passion, skills and knowledge to help people pursue a longer and healthier life. Fun fact: Ray was a renowned sushi chef in Idaho and across the US for 15 years.

Brooke graduated from Boise State University with a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-athletic training. She is currently on course to obtain a Master’s in Athletic Training, also at BSU. She has played and watched sports her entire life. Most recently, Brooke played rugby on the club team at BSU. She loves outdoor activities and staying active in her free time, but would also never pass up an opportunity for a nap! She loves StretchLab because to her, helping others achieve their fitness and mobility goals is not a chore, it’s an honor. She believes that the benefits of stretching are so underrated in our society and she is glad to be a part of a family that is spreading it's amazing values!

Sydney was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. She graduated from Boise State University with a major in kinesiology and emphasis in pre-athletic training. She previously worked as a physical therapist aide before becoming a flexologist. She loves working at StretchLab because she enjoys helping people work on their journey toward better health and fitness, and gain the benefits of stretching. Sydney likes to hang out with friends and family doing outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking. She is a huge animal lover and you can always find her obsessing over any animal she sees. She hopes to continue her education in health and wellness to help as many people as she can achieve their goals.

Carlie graduated from Eastern Washington University with a B.S. in Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy and an A.A. in Physical Therapist Assistant. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking with her Toy Australian Shepherd, golfing, kayaking, or doing yoga. Carlie loves Stretchlab because it allows her to use her skills and knowledge to help people reach their goals and get back to the activities they enjoy.

Stacie is a certified personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist with the American Council on Exercise. Her primary interest is in supporting women’s health journeys in the middle of their lives. Before working at StretchLab, she led small-group classes focused on stability, mobility, and strength training as well as offered her clients fitness and food consultations. She also teaches an ethics class at Boise State and works as a freelance writer in the field of health and wellness. Stacie loves to spend time outdoors, hiking or gardening, and travels whenever she can. At StretchLab, she enjoys helping clients build their recovery practice, feel better, and cultivate active, pain-free lives.

Katrina is a senior at BSU pursuing a B.S in Psychology. Until arriving at StretchLab, she worked for a chiropractic small business in Irvine, CA where she gained valuable experience in the health and wellness industry. In her free time she enjoys reading business or self-development books, working out, and spending quality time with people! Boating, dancing, and bonfires are among her favorites. The best part about working at StretchLab for her is seeing people get to relax and rejuvenate by investing in their long-term health!

Flexologist
Michelle has a movement background and a lifetime of participating in team sports and dance. She teaches Pilates, Yoga, and gait mechanics and loves helping people gain space in their body and greater confidence in how they move. Michelle has over 10 years of experience working with everyday people, as well as professional dancers, actors, and athletes, to gain strength and alignment benefits for functional recovery and athletic performance. She is skilled in manual fascia release. Her educational background is in art, journalism, science and clinical experience related to Physical Therapy Assisting. Michelle thinks being a Flexologist is a dream job -- providing hands-on physical personally-tailored stretch sessions that allow her to move at work while helping people feel ease in body and mind.
