Stacie is a certified personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist with the American Council on Exercise. Her primary interest is in supporting women’s health journeys in the middle of their lives. Before working at StretchLab, she led small-group classes focused on stability, mobility, and strength training as well as offered her clients fitness and food consultations. She also teaches an ethics class at Boise State and works as a freelance writer in the field of health and wellness. Stacie loves to spend time outdoors, hiking or gardening, and travels whenever she can. At StretchLab, she enjoys helping clients build their recovery practice, feel better, and cultivate active, pain-free lives.
