      Evan has been personal training for 5+ years at both performance gyms and hospital facilities. Currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University and a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through NASM. He has the belief that “the body” is our most important possession; and the two universal goals we all share are to live a healthier lifestyle and to feel better. His favorite aspect of StretchLab is being able to help everybody progress towards a healthier version of themselves. Outside of StretchLab, he enjoys being active at metroparks and watching Cleveland sports teams.

      Christan is a Reiki Master - (Energy Healing Practitioner) with a background in Holistic Nutrition. She has a Bachelor’s in Health/Wellness and a Master’s studies in Social Work. Her main focus is on regeneration of the body and reprogramming the body to be able to heal itself as it’s meant to do. She is a mom of 3 kids and recently moved here from St Pete, Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys all things meditation/mind expanding. She is proud to contribute instant relief for members looking for a key to unlock what they need next on their healing journey. Her specialities include relief from acute injuries/spasms, sciatica, pulled muscles, groin injuries, sticky shoulders, and the neck. If you have an acute issue, ask for Christan on the first assessment.

      Lauryn-Ashlynn has 4 years of Amateur Boxing and Weight Training under her belt along with 2 years of personal and group training. Her passion for activity and fitness began at a young age with several years of competitive dance, volleyball, and cheer. Lauryn-Ashlynn’s past struggles with persistent back and hip pain helped the trajectory of her career plan, resulting her to pursue and obtain her Degree in Exercise Science. She is now continuing her education in Massage Therapy and is excited to use her skills hand in hand to help with full body awareness and to assist others in feeling their absolute best!

      Joe has been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age. Anywhere from soccer, golf, and hockey. Joe was also a defensive coach for 2 years with his former high school hockey team. He is currently working towards getting his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science at The Ohio State University. Joe has also worked at a group training facility as a group trainer. He enjoys working with clients at StretchLab to help them improve on gaining their goals and mobility to feel phenomenal. Joe is ready to help you get started on your journey!

      Kathy has a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Otterbein University. She is a Yoga teacher, a Weight Watcher's Coach and a Certified Life and Spiritual Life Coach. In her spare time she enjoys paddle boarding, camping, and sitting on the deck with her puppy and family. Kathy loves making connections with people at Stretch Lab, guiding them to a more aligned body/mind state and being a part of their wellness journey.

      Rachel is a NASM certified trainer and corrective exercise specialist who is motivated by helping people improve their quality of life. She believes that stretching is a transformational experience that’s often an overlooked aspect of our self care and wellness journey. Thus, incorporating this into our routine care can have an effect on everything from body mechanics, to stress, to better sleep and recovery. She began her career in 2018 by concentrating mainly on endurance running. She enjoys being a part of StretchLab because she understands how essential stretching and flexibility is for injury prevention and pain-free movement. Outside of StretchLab, she’s had her own daycare business for 12 years, which has taught her so much about kindness and the importance of spreading positivity and love. Her specialties include relaxation, runners, and those dealing with hip challenges.

      Lead Flexologist and Social Media Manager
      Sarah Pfarr is a dedicated, internationally trained yogi practicing for seven years since learning in Greece. She majored in Dance at Columbia, and has explored movement in its many forms. She is an Aerialist and currently performs Aerial Arts with The Amazing Giants and the Annadroids. She has a degree in Physical Therapy which has allowed her to widen her understanding of human anatomy. With this knowledge, she educates during her classes, and one-on-one stretches allowing the participants to deepen their mind-body connection and prevent injury. She’s excited to share light and community while making connections that will last a lifetime. Sarah is also trained in American Sign Language (ASL).
