I grew up in a small West Texas town. I was always active and enjoyed sports, camping, being with family, and playing guitar. I have over 14 years of experience working in physical therapy and over 5 years as a personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and have sport specific training in baseball and football. I am SafeSport Certified. I have always been interested in helping people whether in a rehab setting or in their fitness journey. My favorite saying is, "Be the hardest worker in the room."

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness Promotion with aspirations to continue into graduate school for occupational therapy. I have worked in physical therapy, employee wellness, group fitness and adaptive fitness for children with special needs all throughout college. I just moved to San Antonio from San Marcos, but have bounced around all over the place due to both of my parents being in the Coast Guard. I love getting to know people, customizing goals for each unique individual and motivating people into trying new things to better their mind, body and soul. My goal is to make sure everyone is taking care of their body, that way they always feel their very best with everything they do. I am also SafeSport Certified

Aspiring yogi, part-time plant mom and art enthusiast, I was born and raised in San Antonio. My experience as a patient in physical therapy inspired me to pursue a BS in Applied Movement Science at UT Austin. During my time at UT, I interned at RunLab Austin, led HIIT and resistance training group classes, and became an ACE CPT. I believe building body awareness and body positivity is crucial to moving and living without restriction. I am excited to ~stretch~ my skills with StretchLabs’ state-of-the-art approach to mobility, as well as meeting and learning from each one of my clients.

It's been the pursuit of multiple tracks in life that have led me to the present: to work with others seeking to bring out the extraordinary in their lives. I began my professional career as a high school teacher and soccer coach. Over 20 years I've trained hundreds of people with wide-ranging goals: From the person with a back injury looking to reduce pain & build strength, to high school and college athletes looking to increase performance or win a scholarship. The common thread has been working together to make a path towards a better life. Along the way I've studied mindfulness meditation and yoga. I've intentionally engaged in a variety of opportunities to share and hone my coaching abilities. Through it all has been my love of learning, of knowing how things work, understanding and working with the intricacies of each individual’s needs and requirements towards improvement and, above all, connecting with and teaching others to empower themselves to reach their dreams and goals. Through the years I have done many certifications and clinics to improve my ability to serve people: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Personal Trainer, Stick Mobility practitioner, FMS Functional Movement Screen specialist, as well Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. How can I help you live your best life?

I moved to San Antonio, Texas and completed my associates in Applied Sciences where I became a certified Physical Therapist Assistant and aspire to complete my Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. I have worked closely with children and adults in home health to assist them in improving, maintaining, and restoring their health. Any goal big or small is something I’m passionate to help you do!

I was raised in El Paso, Texas and grew up in between the borders of New Mexico and Texas. I’ve had a passion for basketball and sports since a young age. To compliment my passion for sports and movement. I received my Bachelors in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Exercise Science. Aspiring to get a Masters in Strength and conditioning. I’ve had experience working with all different populations from geriatrics to adolescence. Derived from working in a Physical Therapy clinic to volunteering and internships. My goal is to further expand my knowledge and passion through improving someone’s overall well being. I live by the quote “ Every experience or person you encounter, you leave behind your signature. “

I was born and raised a military brat and had the chance to see the world. I even went to high school in England, the one across the pond. I was a student athlete since I was 4 years old and played every sport under the sun, but played baseball for 15 years. I ended up discovering my passion for helping athletes in high school when I tore both rotator cuffs in my shoulders during baseball season. I went through 2 years of physical therapy which led me on a path to Texas to pursue my college degree in exercise and sport science. When I grew up, I wanted to be that one person who could help prevent a young athlete from losing their dream due to improper stretching, rehabs, and maintenance on their body. So, I took that and set out to be the hero I didn’t have. The ultimate goal is to become a Physical Therapist with a focus in sports med. So I took the first step and I graduated from St. Mary’s University in 2020 and was finally given the chance to work within my desired realm and I’m going to run with it!
