I’m originally from New Jersey & moved to North Carolina when I was eight years old. Shortly after I became interested in softball and was great at it. I was recruited early to play travel ball. Softball quickly became my outlet as the move was hard on me. The sport grew my passion for health, wellness, and fitness as I too suffered from quite a few injuries. I attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated in May 2021 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I love sports and physical activity. As a Flexologist, I can help assist those who want to recover, become more flexible, and improve their overall range of motion. Connecting with my clients helps me better understand their needs and provide custom routines to help reach their goals. In my free time I love to exercise, shop, hang out with friends, spend time with family and cuddle my Siberian Husky Luna.

I’m from San Diego California, but I have lived in Charlotte, North Carolina since the 6th grade. I was a competitive cheerleader for over 15 years, which is where my passion for athletics and fitness began. I started my undergrad in Athletic Training for the first 3 years but decided to change major and graduated from Methodist University with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. I have spent time shadowing Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists through internships while attending Methodist University. As a Flexologist I can assist you with education about your body and improve your overall range of motion. I love to travel, eat, and just hang out with friends and family.
