      Gerard
      Lead Flexologist
Hey everyone! I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC, and graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2022 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. After playing mostly basketball and football in high school, I developed a strong interest in recovery and strength training. I’ve worked in both athletic training and personal training, helping others improve performance and feel their best. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me running outside, hitting the gym, or enjoying a concert!

      Flexologist
Hey, I’m Caleb! I earned my degree in Kinesiology from CU Boulder and love working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their goals. I’m passionate about understanding each person’s unique body mechanics and finding what their body needs to move and feel its best. Outside of StretchLab, you can usually find me running, spending time in nature, or exploring my neighborhood. I’m pursuing my passion by being here—so let me help you pursue yours!
      Nia
      Nia
      Flexologist
Hey, I’m Nia — a proud graduate of the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University, where I earned my degree in Sports Science and Fitness Management. As a former track and field athlete, learning the importance of properly maintaining my body—and putting that into practice—became a passion of mine. I’ve balanced fitness coaching with roles in other industries, but I’m now moving fully back into the fitness space so I can pour my energy into helping clients build sustainable routines and achieve long-term results. Outside of work, you can find me enjoying a great meal at a new restaurant, walking around and discovering new places in Charlotte, or finding a concert or art exhibit to enjoy. 🙂

      Flexologist
Hi, I’m Calvin! I’ve been a Charlotte local for most of my life and graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2025 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I consider myself a lifelong athlete, having played soccer for over 20 years across the U.S. and in Europe. I love staying active, trying new sports, and exploring the local food scene as a big-time foodie. I work at StretchLab because it aligns with my core values—maintaining a positive environment, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals, and continuously striving for personal and professional growth.
