      I am an Arizona native and a graduate of Grand Canyon University. I have earned a bachelors degree in exercise science with an emphasis in health education. Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine and working at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to expand my knowledge about personal wellness and active living. I have a background in cheerleading so I understand and value the importance of a good stretch. I can’t wait to help others increase their mobility and flexibility through assisted stretch sessions. When I’m not working you can find me looking for the closest coffee shop with my dog!

      My name is Autumn and I am from Texas. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Performance and Sport Management. I studied at Texas A&M University- Commerce. With 3 years of experience in sport medicine as an athletic trainer. I enjoy watching all sports - How 'bout them Cowboys! I am ambitious about becoming a Sport Agent while connecting and promoting health to individuals. My goal is to become the best version of myself as well as helping individuals gain better happiness in their life!

      My name is Ashley and I’m a native of East Tennessee (Go Vols!) but have been a resident of Surprise, AZ for the past 12 years. As a kid I was always active and over the years into adulthood, I continued to enjoy an active lifestyle. I’ve ran my fair share of 5k’s, played roller derby, Spartan Race elite competitor, all while being a mom of two. Because of my love of fitness, I became a personal trainer in 2006 with my certification with NASM and returned to college and received my AAS in Exercise Science and my Sports and Nutrition Certification. Health and wellness has become my passion and I’m excited to join the Stretchlab team and help me continue on this path to help others on their wellness journey.

      My Name is Brandon, I was born in Glendale, Arizona and have lived here all my life. Choosing to work with people has always been a goal of mine. After many years of high level of competition, injuries and rehab became my life. My injuries, physical therapy and rehabilitation has given me greater insight into the process of healing. It has become a life goal for me to help others and inspire others to be better. Outside of work I enjoy a very active life. Snowboarding and motocross are some of my favorite pastimes. It is my goal to own my own gym one day and train people who desire to improve their health in any manner.

      Born in Indiana & Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, I made my way west to Phoenix just as I finished my college degree and plan to pursue an advanced degree in Physical Therapy. My background includes 4 years of athletic Sports Training with a focus on conditioning and injury prevention. I am a Certified Nursing assistant with clinical experience helping veterans & memory care patients in long term rehab centers. I'm completing a NASM Certification and look forward to guiding your personal fitness needs through stretching for increased mobility & Range of motion. Nothing feels better than completing a stretch session where your body feels energized and flexible.

      Hi, I'm Adrian! I'm an ASU alumni that graduated with my Exercise and Wellness degree. I've been working in this field for 2 years. Most of my experience comes in the physical therapy setting as I've been working alongside Physical Therapists as a Physical Therapist technician. I am passionate toward improving functionality and fitness. My ultimate goal is to become a Physical Therapist Assistant and work in a home health setting. My hobbies include rooting for my favorite sports teams, playing sports, and achieving my own fitness goals.

      Hello! My name is Noah and I am a current Physical Therapy student at Grand Canyon University. I have several years experience serving as Physical Therapy Technician for multiple orthopedic surgeons in Arizona. As a PT Tech I have worked with a multitude of clients suffering from various physical limitations. I have a strong passion for helping individuals achieve a better quality of life through exercise and healthy living practices. My goal as a Flexologist is to help my clients move better, feel better and live better. Stretch you soon!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
