      My name is Ashley and I’m a native of East Tennessee (Go Vols!) but have been a resident of Surprise, AZ for the past 12 years. As a kid I was always active and over the years into adulthood, I continued to enjoy an active lifestyle. I’ve ran my fair share of 5k’s, played roller derby, Spartan Race elite competitor, all while being a mom of two. Because of my love of fitness, I became a personal trainer in 2006 with my certification with NASM and returned to college and received my AAS in Exercise Science and my Sports and Nutrition Certification. Health and wellness has become my passion and I’m excited to join the Stretchlab team and help me continue on this path to help others on their wellness journey.

      Born in Indiana & Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, I made my way west to Phoenix just as I finished my college degree and plan to pursue an advanced degree in Physical Therapy. My background includes 4 years of athletic Sports Training with a focus on conditioning and injury prevention. I am a Certified Nursing assistant with clinical experience helping veterans & memory care patients in long term rehab centers. I'm completing a NASM Certification and look forward to guiding your personal fitness needs through stretching for increased mobility & Range of motion. Nothing feels better than completing a stretch session where your body feels energized and flexible.

      Hi, I'm Adrian! I'm an ASU alumni that graduated with my Exercise and Wellness degree. I've been working in this field for 2 years. Most of my experience comes in the physical therapy setting as I've been working alongside Physical Therapists as a Physical Therapist technician. I am passionate toward improving functionality and fitness. My ultimate goal is to become a Physical Therapist Assistant and work in a home health setting. My hobbies include rooting for my favorite sports teams, playing sports, and achieving my own fitness goals.

      Hello! My name is Noah and I am a current Physical Therapy student at Grand Canyon University. I have several years experience serving as Physical Therapy Technician for multiple orthopedic surgeons in Arizona. As a PT Tech I have worked with a multitude of clients suffering from various physical limitations. I have a strong passion for helping individuals achieve a better quality of life through exercise and healthy living practices. My goal as a Flexologist is to help my clients move better, feel better and live better. Stretch you soon!

      My name is Isaiah and I was born and raised in the Phoenix / Glendale area. I started lifting weights when I was 12 years old and was immediately enthralled with the world of fitness. I continued to educate myself through books, articles, and videos. I'd practiced whatever I was learning on myself or with friends. Around 2017 I fell out of my habits and ended up gaining 100lbs. I decided to take charge and over that next year I ended up dropping that 100lbs! After that I decided I was ready to help others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I got certified through ISSA as a personal trainer and from that point on worked at different commercial gyms training and managing. I now have decided to dive into the world of stretch and recovery to have more tools in my arsenal to help people improve their quality of life.

      Sherri is an avid hiker and yoga practitioner. She received her personal trainer certification from the National Council of Strength and Fitness. She specializes in helping clients improve their posture and reduce their tension from day-to-day activities. She is an Arizona native passionate about fitness and helping people improve their quality of life.

      My name is Myisha and I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Western New Mexico University. Prior to StretchLab, I served as a Physical Therapy Lead Technician for outpatient clinics in Arizona. As a PT Tech, I've had the opportunity to work with clients with various physical limitations. I have a strong desire to help people have a better quality of life, and believe that movement is medicine. As a Flexologist, I plan to help our members move better and promote everyday movement for a better quality of life. Can’t wait to stretch you!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
