My name is Lauren. I am from San Diego, California. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey. I have been a certified Personal Trainer through NASM for 7 years and recently became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. I currently work at a skilled nursing facility as a physical therapist assistant. I have seen what happens when we age without putting attention and time on our mobility and flexibility. I work with my clients to identify areas of tension, tightness, and mobility limitations to build a plan to get you back to where you were when you were younger. Getting older is inevitable, aging is optional! My passions in life are animals, health, and helping people achieve their best quality of life.

Hello, my name is Stedman. I was born in Columbus, GA but grew up all over as an Army child. I’ve mostly lived in the South but have lived overseas for a while as well. This is where I developed a love for the sport fútbal. As a child, my dream was to become a doctor and help people. I earned my degree in biology from Albany State University.. After ASU, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University. I enjoy what I do. Each day, I get to do what I enjoy most: meet new people, help them with injury prevention and relief, and teach them how to move and operate each day at their best. I will take my time to understand what you want to accomplish, learn what is happening in your body, and take you through a head-to-toe unwinding of your tension and restrictions. I’m a big gamer! In my spare time you will find me unwinding with my friends playing games, watching European fútbal, and spending time together.

I’m a native of Huntsville, AL. I earned my degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition from the University of Montevallo, and I am currently completing my Masters in Sports Performance at the University of West FL. I played basketball at the collegiate level and was able to witness the importance of injury prevention, stretching, and recovery. I believe that it is important to take care of our bodies and find it rewarding to teach others how to be and feel their best! I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I was specifically focused on helping older clients get back into activities they love and regain independence. My days as an athlete shaped me, teaching me discipline, accountability, and how to work through adversity. I will bring these skills with an abundance of positivity to our sessions together to create a program and help you stay on track toward your goals. I just relocated to ATL, so tell me about the best kept local secrets!

Hi, I'm Gabi and I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I earned a degree from Colorado College in Organismal Biology and Ecology and a Masters in Human Biology & Kinesiology in a pre-med track. While there, I worked under the Athletic Trainer to provide stretching and recovery therapies with the athletes. I completed a year of Osteopathic Medical School which added to my foundation of anatomical knowledge along with fascia, bone, and muscle manipulation for optimal body function and wellbeing. I left to pursue passions for more holistic healing. I am certified in Yoga and am passionate about helping people feel their best and facilitating a mind and body connection. I am excited to be at StretchLab to work with you to understand what is going on with your body and put a program on track to get the relief and movement you want. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside camping and hiking. I used to take teens on weeklong camping trips in the wilderness- ask me how I survived! I am a newbie to ATL, so I'd love your local tips.

Hello, I am originally from Kentucky. I spent most of my life in GA and graduated from Georgia Southern with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Exercise Science, along with a minor in Anthropology. I moved to further my education at Life University, where I am currently pursuing a doctorate in chiropractic care. My goal is to become a chiropractor specializing in sports chiropractic and chronic conditions, helping athletes enhance their performance while supporting individuals in maintaining a good quality of life despite ongoing challenges. What led me to StretchLab was my desire to expand my skill set and explore new ways to help people find relief from pain and discomfort through hands-on techniques. My approach is rooted in building the body from the ground up—just like a house, a strong foundation is essential for long-term stability. I prioritize comfort, starting with lighter techniques to ensure I do not cause pain before gradually moving into deeper stretches that promote mobility and overall well-being.

Hi, I am Sean from Morrow, Ga. I’m a physical therapy specialist for the military in the Army Reserves and currently finishing my bachelors of science in health and wellness at Purdue University Global as well as my associates of applied science for PTA. I gained knowledge as a physical therapy technician for the last 2 years while pursuing my PT Assistant degree. I have also been a personal trainer for 5 years and hold multiple certifications including personal training, strength coaching and fitness nutrition. These roles have exposed me to many different rehabilitation and exercise techniques. Being a part of a client’s progression to a more fluid, active body brings a sense of fulfillment to my higher calling and purpose. I bring a cool and corny dad approach to my methodology that is complimented by an attention to detail. I can help you identify goals and then break it down a clear path to get there, celebrating milestones along the way!

Hi, I'm Aaliyah! I am originally from Memphis, TN but grew up in Clayton County, GA. I earned my degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. I have worked in PT and outpatient clinics where I was exposed to many different injuries and performance recovery treatments and modalities. I’ve always had an interest in exercise, health and wellness and view it as a top priority. I was first introduced to rehabilitation when my dad had a stroke in 2010. I would take him to some of his sessions. I envisioned being able to help others the way the therapists helped him and other patients. At Stretchlab, I was drawn to the impact of assisted stretches performed on the body and the care given during client treatments. I am inspired to use my knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to help others get back to feeling and living their best lives. I look forward to challenging my critical thinking and utilizing my skills to help you STRETCH for your goals.

Coming from an athletic background in college, I have seen serious injuries that could have been prevented with proper recovery. I am driven to help people from all walks of life learn more about their body to prevent injuries and continue to pursue an increase in overall quality of life through healthy movement. StretchLab is a great place in the wellness industry for me to make that happen. I worked as an athletic training student aide for four years for a D1 collegiate football team while also pursuing and obtaining a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Georgia State University. I am also a certified exercise physiologist and have expertise with conditions associated with lack of movement. I am a bubbly, energetic person who loves to communicate with clients whether that be educational or just fun topics! Our session will center around making progress along your program to your goal.
