My name is Lauren. I am from San Diego, California. I received my degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey and have been a certified Personal Trainer through NASM for 10 years. I became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. I work full-time in a skilled nursing facility helping others regain strength and mobility. In that environment, I have seen what happens to the human body when we don’t invest in mobility and flexibility. I believe in putting consistent attention on these areas to preserve our health and freedom as we age. I have been with StretchLab for over 3 years. My passions are animals, health, and helping people achieve their best quality of life.

Hello, my name is Stedman. I was born in Columbus, GA but grew up all over as an Army child. I’ve mostly lived in the South but have lived overseas for a while as well. This is where I developed a love for the sport fútbal. As a child, my dream was to become a doctor and help people. I earned my degree in biology from Albany State University.. After ASU, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University. I enjoy what I do. Each day, I get to do what I enjoy most: meet new people, help them with injury prevention and relief, and teach them how to move and operate each day at their best. I will take my time to understand what you want to accomplish, learn what is happening in your body, and take you through a head-to-toe unwinding of your tension and restrictions. I’m a big gamer! In my spare time you will find me unwinding with my friends playing games, watching European fútbal, and spending time together.

Hi, I'm Gabi and I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I earned a degree from Colorado College in Organismal Biology and Ecology and a Masters in Human Biology & Kinesiology in a pre-med track. While there, I worked under the Athletic Trainer to provide stretching and recovery therapies with the athletes. I completed a year of Osteopathic Medical School which added to my foundation of anatomical knowledge along with fascia, bone, and muscle manipulation for optimal body function and wellbeing. I left to pursue passions for more holistic healing. I am certified in Yoga and am passionate about helping people feel their best and facilitating a mind and body connection. I am excited to be at StretchLab to work with you to understand what is going on with your body and put a program on track to get the relief and movement you want. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside camping and hiking. I used to take teens on weeklong camping trips in the wilderness- ask me how I survived! I am a newbie to ATL, so I'd love your local tips.

Hi, I'm Aaliyah! I am originally from Memphis, TN but grew up in Clayton County, GA. I earned my degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. I have worked in PT and outpatient clinics where I was exposed to many different injuries and performance recovery treatments and modalities. I’ve always had an interest in exercise, health and wellness and view it as a top priority. I was first introduced to rehabilitation when my dad had a stroke in 2010. I would take him to some of his sessions. I envisioned being able to help others the way the therapists helped him and other patients. At Stretchlab, I was drawn to the impact of assisted stretches performed on the body and the care given during client treatments. I am inspired to use my knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to help others get back to feeling and living their best lives. I look forward to challenging my critical thinking and utilizing my skills to help you STRETCH for your goals.

Coming from an athletic background in college, I have seen serious injuries that could have been prevented with proper recovery. I am driven to help people from all walks of life learn more about their body to prevent injuries and continue to pursue an increase in overall quality of life through healthy movement. StretchLab is a great place in the wellness industry for me to make that happen. I worked as an athletic training student aide for four years for a D1 collegiate football team while also pursuing and obtaining a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Georgia State University. I am also a Physical Therapy Tech and a certified exercise physiologist with expertise with conditions associated with lack of movement. I am a bubbly, energetic person who loves to communicate with clients whether that be educational or just fun topics! Our session will center around making progress along your program to your goal.

I am from Stone Mountain, Ga. I earned a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Georgia State and am on track to become a Physical Therapist. I was an athlete in high school and played several sports, including team basketball. My passion for recovery grew from experiencing multiple injuries and going through my own rehabilitation. I had early exposure to observing and shadowing Occupational and Physical Therapists in my High School's sports medicine program. After college, I worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 3 years, gaining clinical practice and hands-on experience. I understand how to keep my body in a healthy state and the rehabilitation process. I’m eager to share that knowledge with you! At StretchLab, I work with clients from every background and help them feel and perform their best and teach them how to care for their body. Whether you want to be able to continue to pick up basketball after being at a desk all day, are a retiree wanting to improve and keep your mobility, or a weekend warrior working on personal bests, I can help you improve how your body feels and performs.

I grew up in Decatur and Druid Hills and love the people within the community. I graduated from Clayton State University with a degree in Health Science and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. As a track and field athlete for 12 years, I learned first hand about the impact of recovery on performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I have also been an Physical Therapy Aide and Wellness Coach. At StretchLab, I am excited to work hands-on with clients to teach them about their body and help them with preventative care. We often find ourselves in pain or injured because we aren’t stretching and doing the proper recovery for our active and static periods. We will create a clear plan on how to get your moving better and take care of yourself day to day.
