      Hi, I’m Hannah! I graduated from Utah Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I’ve worked as a fitness instructor in independent and assisted living facilities, teaching Tai Chi and balance classes to help clients improve flexibility, stability, and confidence in their movement. I’ve also volunteered as a youth soccer coach and spent several summers leading teens in activities such as rock climbing, backpacking, yoga, and biking—experiences that reinforced the importance of mobility and recovery. As an avid runner and backpacker, I understand firsthand how essential stretching is for staying active, preventing injury, and moving pain-free. I am passionate about helping clients of all ages and backgrounds feel better in their bodies.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained stretch therapists, who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Stretch Therapist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
