Flexologist
Hi, I’m Ariana and I’m a Flexologist here at StretchLab Cypress. My passion is helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best through customized one-on-one stretching. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2024 with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology and Leadership, along with a minor in Nutrition. My background as a physical therapy aide for the past two years has given me valuable experience helping individuals improve movement and range of motion, recover from injuries, and build confidence in their bodies. I also grew up dancing for 18 years, which fostered my appreciation for mobility, flexibility, and the joy movement brings to life along with the role it plays both in performance and everyday life. Additionally, I taught dance for two years and that experience, paired with my time as a physical therapy aide taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and creating individualized approaches to movement and wellness. At StretchLab, I believe every body is unique and deserves personalized care. My goal is to create stretching sessions that support each client’s specific needs while helping them find enjoyable and sustainable ways to move. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me taking spin classes, practicing pilates, spending time outdoors (especially the beach!) and hanging out with friends and family. I’m currently working towards my pilates certification to continue expanding my knowledge of movement and helping others enjoy it as much as I do! Fun fact! I danced from ages 3 to 22 at a local dance studio in my Bay Area hometown, where we had the amazing opportunity to perform halftime at Golden State Warriors games every year!
