Flexologist
Brian brings 18+ years of experience in personal training, mobility, and corrective exercise. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Magna Cum Laude; currently completing his Master of Science in Kinesiology: Human Movement & Sports Science, at Cal State University East Bay. He also earned an Associate of Science in Pre-Health Science from Napa Valley College, with a strong foundation in anatomy & physiology. In addition, to his clinical work, Brian is involved in kinesiology Aphasia research and is currently preparing for plans to pursue a PhD in Rehabilitation Science in 2029, to further advance his work in movement, mobility, and performance; through individualized, evidence-based care.

Brian is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level. He has a deep interest in biomechanics, mobility, and the science of recovery, and is especially driven by the connection between movement quality and overall well-being. Whether working with athletes, busy professionals, or individuals seeking relief from pain and stiffness, he is dedicated to delivering personalized, thoughtful care that empowers clients to take ownership of their health.
