      Hello, my name is Wallace Spencer and I am a Flexologists here at Stretch Lab. I joined StretchLab because I wanted to promote the importance of stretching in one's everyday life. I think this is an aspect that everyone (including myself) takes for granted. Many health related issues regarding movement, pain management and overall quality of life can be resolved just by the incorporation of stretching. Outside of SL, I am a semi professional track and field athlete with dreams of competing in the 2024 Summer Olympics. I also am an assistant track and field coach at the Chester Charter Scholars Academy. If not stretching, training or coaching, you can find me roller skating, working out at the gym, jamming out on a guitar and spending time with friends and family!
      Hello. I’m Anthony Mirabile. I am a flexologist here at Stretchlab. The reason why I chose Stretchlab is because they have created the same mindset I have about attaining goals. Outside of Stretchlab, I am a personal trainer who primarily focuses on in-home one on one specific training. My passion has only grown more and more for fitness, personal development and health and wellness. My main priority is to help everyone reach their potential goals that they have set for themselves. I enjoy walking on trails, hanging out with family, and enjoy anything that pertains to the outdoors.
      My name is Jerrie and I am so happy to be a flexologist here at the StretchLab in Conshohocken. My previous experience was in the health care field as a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and an administrator for a nursing school. I have transitioned from being an administrator to a full-time flexologist, yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. I am also recertifying as an ACE personal trainer and will be able to incorporate my personal training background into my flexology program at StretchLab as well. I have seen many amazing and positive benefits over the years with my clients as well as with myself due to stretching, yoga, diet, exercise and reiki. Flexibility helps us with our every day activities, sports, injuries and helps to keep us young and active as we age. I am passionate about helping others and look forward to working with all of you on your journey as well. In my spare time I work out, do yoga or reiki, work in my organic garden, read, meditate. watch or play sports (especially tennis) and spend time with my amazing family and friends. I love animals -especially my Maine Coon cat named Zoey. When I have time I volunteer in various communities by providing yoga, reiki and other services for those in need.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
