      Lonnie
      Lonnie
      Flexologist
It’s never too late to start and never too late to improve. If you are motivated and committed, change will happen! The mind is a terrible thing to waste, the way a person thinks and their priorities tells me everything I need to know about that individual. Those are my two favorite quotes I like to live by. My name is Lonnie and I have a Certification in Personal Training from the International Sports Science Association. I’ve worked for various gyms and a physical rehab center as a personal trainer in Wisconsin. I recently moved to Fort Worth from Wisconsin in June of 2022 to advance my career in the health and fitness industry (and get away from the cold) and so far I’m loving my new state. In my free time I love trying new restaurants (Mexican and Italian particularly) museums and checking out all the touristy spots here in the DFW area. I’ve come to love Bucee’s. I also love working out at L.A. Fitness and watching football and basketball as I am a huge San Francisco 49ers and Milwaukee Bucks fan!

McKenzie comes all the way from Southern California, where being active is a common pastime. McKenzie has been playing Volleyball since she was 12 years old and played all through her high school and college career and continues to play in her free time. She has been stretching on her own for a few years now and knows how important it is. This was the biggest decision to join StretchLab because she wanted to learn new techniques and help provide them to others to help in their daily lives. Her goal is to teach her clients new safe ways of stretching to help improve their quality of life. McKenzie is married to her high school sweetheart, Caleb Leduc.
