      Mason graduated from Whitworth University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science. While attending Whitworth, Mason was on the track and field team. He participated in both the 400m and Javelin. After graduating he worked as a personal trainer and a physical therapy assistant. In Mason's spare time he enjoys spending time hiking, snowboarding and adventuring with his fiance Taylor, and their two dogs Fletcher (the spaz) and Kaia (the potato). “My favorite thing about StretchLab is my team and the atmosphere we all create!”

      Justin has his NASM certification, specializing in corrective exercise , MMA conditioning, kickboxing and nutrition coaching. Justin has enjoyed working in the fitness industry for 5 years. He enjoys exercising, skateboarding, basketball, football, golfing, playing guitar and spending time with family. "I have always known stretching is important, but in Personal Training it usually isn't prioritized. At StretchLab I get to focus on stretching and help people in a way. that doesn't involve just weight training."

      I'm currently a senior at Gonzaga University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in teaching pedagogy. I am a certified ACSM personal trainer and have primarily trained middle-high school athletes working towards their strength and conditioning goals, and currently coach a high school softball team year-round. I absolutely love working with people in all walks of life and helping them reach their goals, athletic or not, and building connections through Body Work and strengthening the mind-body connection. In my free time I love to play softball with my travel team, write songs on the guitar, and be in the gym with my friends.       I ran XC and track in college, and still run every day. I initially got into health science/body work for a simple yet deep fascination for physical wellness that perpetuates into the present. Helping others fills my cup. In my free time I write poetry (working up to books), study languages, go backpacking, and take unreasonably long naps. Credentials: Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Associates in Health, Associates in Biology Certificates in Health and Fitness, Nutrition, and Sports Psychology. Red Cross Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid certified. Worked internships as a physical therapist assistant and separately as a personal trainer. Coached high school cross country.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
