      Matt King
      Flexologist
Hello! I’m Matt and I look forward to working with you! I have a BS from Oakland University in Exercise Science and have over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Coach. From a combination of poor posture and sports injuries, I suffered from chronic pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders throughout my late teens to early 30’s. This put me on a mission to learn all that I could about corrective exercise, therapeutic stretching and other soft tissue and neural conditioning techniques. From knowing what is was like to be in pain as well as to overcome it I now receive immense joy in assisting others to achieve the same results! The nervous system is key and the neuromuscular techniques that we employ at StretchLab are incredibly effective in helping you obtain your wellness goals whether that be chronic pain management, sports performance or anything in between!
