My goal is to show you that improving your quality of life knows no age or physical limitations. My background and experience come from being a Certified Athletic Trainer for the past 5 years with focus on athletic injury prevention and proper body mechanics. One of my favorite parts of working with people is educating them on how everyday activities can affect the entire body and teaching them how to adjust and strengthen those areas of conflict. No matter your level of activity, with StretchLab, we have the opportunity to focus on the importance of body mobility, retraining impaired areas, and helping you feel the best for whatever life throws at you!

I have worked in private practices, home health, and in hospital-based settings as a PT, assisting people of all levels and backgrounds with improving their physical mobility. I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years professionally as a personal trainer, group fitness coach, track coach, and briefly as a physical therapy assistant. My goal is to heal people. StretchLab provides me with a wonderful opportunity to work on the other side of the fitness coin, recovery. I have been an Exercise Physiologist for 5 years and recently obtained my NASM personal training certification. I am also a 3 year head coach for club volleyball. I love to be outside and hiking! I love playing all sports, but my favorites are volleyball, soccer, and basketball; anything you can be competitive in. StretchLab allows me to help make a difference and impact others lives physically and mentally. I love the fun and relaxing environment StretchLab brings to the table!

My background is in holistic and integrative health. I started in massage therapy, received my undergraduate from Metro State in their Integrative Therapeutic program and have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2011. My main interest is helping people create awareness, connection, alignment and ease in the body and the mind. My main passion lies in the relationship between the mind and body and using body centered things like stretching and yoga to influence the overall well-being and foster the connection between the mind and body.

As a NCSF Personal Trainer I’ve worked with a multitude of clients in different areas, but mostly to help them become stronger and move better. I’m working on my Physical Therapist Assistant degree (licensed by 2021). I have been working in Physical Therapy clinics for the past ten years and specialize in therapy to gym training. Helping people recover from surgery and feel comfortable on their own in a gym. Stretching has been a huge focus of my training programs to help educate clients along with facilitate in injury prevention.

One-On-One Stretches

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
