Improving range of motion and mobility while creating mindful movement is something I not only enjoy, but feel lucky enough to call work. My passion for physical health stems from my love for movement. After dancing for many years, I pursued a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in dance from UCCS. In 2015 I became a certified yoga teacher and have loved sharing the benefits the practice. My background has not only inspired my love for the field of health and wellness, but has also helped me to deepen my understanding of biomechanics and stretching techniques. My goal is to continually increase client’s range of motion, improve posture, and reduce pain/ injuries. I look forward to helping you find your best self here at StretchLab!

I started with learning Yoga after my dad built my mom a yoga room in our house. I moved to an ashram in the California mountains and received my 200-hr Yoga Teacher certification. From there I went to Colorado State University and earned my Bachelors of Health Exercise Science with a focus in Anatomy and Physiology. I completed my degree with an internship at a weight loss resort in Hilton Head Island. Afterwards I acquired my ACE Group Fitness Certification and eventually my Flexologist Certification at StretchLab. I've taught at weight loss resorts, have worked closely with golfers at country clubs, and have even worked at a vegan gym and have taught Yoga all over for the past 5 years.

I became a licensed physical therapy assistant in 2010 and a registered yoga teacher in 2020. My education has given me knowledge and awareness of the human body. Combined with my own history with injuries, surgeries, and autoimmune disorders, I bring a sense of compassion to each client that meets me on the bench. Although I have comfort and experience working with all injuries and rehabilitation (from sports medicine to oncology), my true passions lay with women's health and geriatrics. When I am not at StretchLab, you will most likely find me mountain biking, snowboarding, in yoga class or enjoying a craft beer after a short toddler hike. I hope my playful personality and genuine care for your body brings you ease when working with me on your flexibility goals, whether it is injury prevention, recovery or just improving your overall range of motion, I will keep you safe and have you feeling better in no time.

I stand as one of the few 4th generation Colorado natives and so I am proud to call Colorado my home. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020 with a degree in sport and exercise science with an emphasis in human performance. I had the great honor of being able to work closely with the UNCCRI where I was a cancer exercise specialist, and still have a huge passion for helping those fighting and surviving cancer. I am passionate about getting the full picture of your health in order to help life become a little more joy filled and flexible! My hope is that when we work together you don't just find that you are getting more flexible, but you get to live a life of freedom where your body feels strong, healthy, and ready for whatever life brings you.

I am a Certified Athletic Trainer graduating with my masters in Athletic training at California Baptist University in 2020. I’ve always had a passion for healing and the human body as I have struggled with my own injuries from an early age. I understand the importance of stretching on a personal level and am so excited to educate and share my experience with you to help you on your journey. My goal is to not only help you find more pain free motion and mobility in the studio but also to give you tips you can use at home to find relief in your day to day life! When I’m not in the studio you can find me hiking, biking, climbing, and cuddling my dog on the couch.

As a former professional dancer, it was a natural transition for me to study the kinetics of the human body and lean into the depths of dynamic movement. I've built my career as a Fitness Trainer over the last 10 years in New York City, with speciality certifications in Therapeutic Exercises, Chronic Musculoskeletal Deviations, and Post-Rehab. As a Holistic Cognitive Health Practitioner and Spiritual Wellness specialist, I aim to integrate a sense of overall well being and progressive intrinsic motivation into my work to help clients reach their potential. My passion for helping others in their mobility journey is to build a road to ownership of the body and help the client develop autonomy over their movement patterns. There is a power in understanding the function of your body in order to feel empowered and safe in our daily activities. Here at StretchLab I hope to enable a mind-body connection through stretch, strong neuromuscular relationships, and deep breath work that brings a primal, grounded feeling to our intellectually dominant culture.

After graduating from Colorado College in 2021 with a degree in Biology and Kinesiology, as well as finishing my journey as a Division 1 soccer player, it only seemed fitting to continue expanding my experience with the human body here at StretchLab. I am also an Exercise Physiologist and spend many hours in Physical Therapy clinics as I aspire to attend PT school in the near future. The body's network is vast and complicated, but I love piecing together the connections and creating a great plan of action to make sure your body can function pain free, and also prevent future injuries. As a California native, I've loved exploring Colorado over the last few years and am often in the mountains skiing, hiking and backpacking!
