      Growing up in East Mesa, AZ, Adam has always had a passion for fitness and wellness. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2021 and has been a certified personal trainer since September of the same year. Adam's journey is deeply personal; he was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder, at the age of 12. Through dedication to exercise and physical therapy, he has successfully managed his condition, finding relief from pain and instability. This transformative experience has fueled his desire to help others achieve their wellness goals. With a love for being active and a particular enthusiasm for weight lifting, Adam is excited to share his knowledge and support clients on their own wellness journeys. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, enhance your physical health, or simply feel better in your body, Adam is here to guide and motivate you every step of the way!

      Hi! I’m Evelyn, and my background is in athletic training. Originally from New York, I have called Arizona home for the past seven years. I have a passion for cooking, hiking, watching sports, and attending concerts, which keeps my life vibrant and fulfilling. I love getting to know my clients during our sessions, building connections, and understanding their unique needs. My goal is to help everyone reach their flexibility goals and enhance their overall well-being. I’m excited to be a part of your journey towards a healthier, more flexible lifestyle!

      Christian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in May 2024. During his time at ASU, he gained invaluable experience as a Student Athletic Trainer for the ASU football team. This opportunity allowed him to engage in hands-on training and learn various treatment techniques aimed at injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mobility enhancement. Now, as a certified Flexologist at StretchLab, Christian is passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential. He is dedicated to guiding clients on their journeys to improved flexibility and overall wellness, ensuring they become the best versions of themselves. With his solid foundation in kinesiology and practical experience in sports medicine, Christian employs a personalized approach to flexibility training. He is excited to share his knowledge and support clients in achieving their fitness goals. Outside of his professional endeavors, Christian enjoys staying active, exploring new fitness trends, and advocating for a healthy lifestyle.

With a background in Exercise Science, I bring a deep understanding of body mechanics and a passion for helping others reach their flexibility and recovery goals. I love connecting with clients of all levels and creating personalized sessions that support performance, balance, and mobility. Outside the studio, I spend my time volunteering for SOAZ, cheering at sporting events, or focusing on my own training and wellness.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
