      Nick
      Nick
      Flexologist
Nick brings over ten years of experience as a personal trainer and eight years as a powerlifting instructor, along with more than five years at StretchLab, to his role as a Flexologist. He is also TPI certified, giving him a strong foundation in movement efficiency, recovery, and performance—both in and out of the studio. With a lifelong interest in fitness and competitive powerlifting, Nick understands the demands placed on the body and the importance of smart, intentional recovery. Nick’s approach has evolved beyond being strictly results-driven. While performance metrics once defined success, he now finds the greatest value in helping clients move better, recover more effectively, and feel stronger in their everyday lives. At StretchLab, he enjoys partnering with clients to support their long-term mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. Outside the studio, Nick enjoys golfing, exploring his interest in historic firearms, and—most importantly—spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. A loyal sports fan, you can also catch him cheering on the Cleveland Browns whenever game day rolls around.

As a father of two, Ken stays highly involved in his community, particularly through youth sports. His passion for wellness extends beyond physical health, he is a strong advocate for mental health, balanced living, and the role movement and exercise play in overall well-being. Whether he’s working out, cheering from the sidelines, or supporting his family, Ken believes movement is a powerful tool for both body and mind. Ember
      Ember
      Flexologist
Hi I'm Ember! Movement enthusiast. Lover of all of things wholesome + big foodie fan. In a nutshell, I love to move and I love food! 😄 I started working out in high school, so I could get better at sports. Later, it became more of a hobby where I wanted to get really strong. I studied Nutrition in college, and really loved creating nutrition plans and exercise programs for my family and friends. Unbeknownst to me, I got super wrapped up in toxic fitness and diet culture and wanted to be really skinny. I developed a pretty bad eating and exercise disorder over the course of my college years. It took me a long time to heal from that state of mind, but I finally made it to a place where I love my body, I love to move, I love to play, and fitness and nutrition comes from a place of joy and fun, rather than a place of self loathing and punishment. Because I've been through the wringer and have learned a lot about health and wellness along the way, I got my personal trainer and corrective exercise certification, so I can spread the love. Being your Flexologist at Stretchlab is my way of being your cheerleader and helping you feel at home in your body. Whether you've been injured, recovering from a surgery, or just want to take care of your body long-term, I'm passionate about helping you reach your happy place by focusing on the bodies foundations: mobility + strength.

With a strong foundation in human movement and exercise science, he is passionate about helping individuals improve their mobility, recovery, and overall physical well-being. Outside of StretchLab, Cordell enjoys staying active through basketball and balancing that time with reading. He values both physical and mental growth and believes that movement plays a vital role in supporting a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle. Cordell was drawn to StretchLab for the opportunity to help people achieve their personal wellness goals while giving back to his home community. He looks forward to applying his knowledge, building meaningful connections with clients, and gaining hands-on experience as he continues working toward a future career in physical therapy.

      about Centerville

StretchLab is a unique wellness concept, offering customized assisted stretch sessions. No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customizing a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility. StretchLab provides one-on-one, customized assisted stretching sessions. The stretches are given on our custom designed benches by Flexologists who will customize your stretch to your needs and talk you through your stretches. Our Flexologists employ a “push & release” type of stretching (technically “proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching”, or PNF) where you will be resisting a bit at times during the stretch and then releasing, resulting in a more effective stretch. Your body spends its day trying to hold you together, restricting motion, tightening muscles, pulling you back in. StretchLab launches you back into your life, propelling you forward with the newfound energy and freedom that comes from your body moving, working and feeling exactly the way you want it to.
