I am a NASM- PT certified personal trainer with additional certifications in areas such as AFAA- Group Fitness and Facial Release Techniques. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for the past eight years and am absolutely obsessed! Both as an athlete and coach- I have competed in both CrossFit and Olympic Lifting, so I understand first hand the need my clients have to keep moving! Even through the daily aches and pains that accompany most forms of fitness, being able to support clients through assisted stretching has been a game changer! Being a stay at home Mom of 4 for 16 years found me looking for more personal growth. I decided it was time to re-enter the workforce and help others with my passion for biomechanics, sports performance and rehab. I am constantly learning and looking for ways to grow in my education around the biomechanics of the body. StretchLab allows me the opportunity to help members of our community feel less pain, have the freedom to be active, become more body aware, and believe in their potential.

I have worked in the health, fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years. After my fourth child was born, I knew that I needed to take the time to work on my health so I could better serve those around me. Starting as a student in group fitness classes, then getting certified by AFAA as a group instructor, working as a certified NASM, NCSF and NESTA personal trainer, managing corporate wellness fitness centers and running my own health and wellness online business has given me the opportunity to help change lives. Once I started working with people, helping them attain their fitness goals, improving their health and enhancing mental wellness I was hooked. It's all about adding value to others! With StretchLab I can help enrich people’s lives by offering relief from stress, improving range of motion, increasing joint strength and stability, and even helping with posture. I am committed to helping you move through life better, meeting your needs and making sure every experience you have here is always positive and uplifting. In my spare time, you’ll find me teaching Spin and Pilates at the gym or being outdoors, traveling, reading and playing lots of pickleball

As a certified athletic trainer, I have worked in a multitude of amazing settings, such as the Colorado Avalanche, Glendale Raptors, and Metropolitan State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree. With having such a diverse background and being a full-time high school athletic trainer, I fully believe in the phenomenal benefits stretching has. I was a year-round athlete that raced motocross, wrestled, and played lacrosse so my body has been through the best and most certainly the worst. Sports medicine was my calling because I love giving back to the community and ultimately helping my people to be able to do what they love, but with a smile. I truly enjoy thinking outside the box and finding out what each individual person's goals are and how I can assist in achieving them, whether they’re an athlete, weekend warrior or someone who wants to better their overall health and lifestyle. StretchLab is a fun and amazing environment that will allow me to continue to educate my people, help them feel better and grow my personal skill sets. I’m a loud and proud Colorado native and during my free time I’m an avid fisherman and golfer, and I love traveling and spending time with my beautiful girlfriend. I am extremely grateful where my journey has brought me, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and having a happier, healthier, improved life!

Originally A New York native I obtained my bachelor’s degree at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where I played division 2 and 3 softball. After obtaining a shoulder injury from pitching, I decided my goal was to become a Physical Therapist. After obtaining my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science I moved to Denver CO and began my journey at Concorde Career College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Being a former athlete myself I understand how easy it is to not take care of our bodies the way we should starting at a young age and throughout my career I want to educate and help individuals become aware of just how important taking care of our body is not just through physical activity but nutrition and mental activity as well. Prior to working at stretch lab, I worked in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic where I learned so much about people, injury, illness, and the importance of exercise and stretching. Stretch Lab is an amazing place for me to not only put my manual skills to work but also use my experience and knowledge to help build individual programs through our assisted stretch science for people of any background to give them the best quality of life. Being from the East I’ve become a huge foodie and love to experience all types of culture, when I’m not studying, I enjoy hiking in my free time as well as playing with my fur child Kiba or even a nice relaxing night with a good book in my hand.

I graduated with a degree in Biology and Kinesiology from Colorado College, where I played Division I soccer. Growing up in the sports world, I have always been interested in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the importance of whole-body health. During my time in the Springs, I worked at a physical therapy clinic and in my collegiate athletic training room as a Sports Medicine Aide. I was born and raised in the Seattle area, so naturally, in my free time I love finding new coffee shops! I also love attending sporting events, staying active, and exploring our Rocky Mountain backyard! I plan to be a DPT, so StretchLab is a wonderful opportunity to expand my previous knowledge of anatomy and physiology to my future studies. I am a total people person, I love meeting new faces and creating genuine relationships. StretchLab is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals to elevate their overall well-being and achieve their wellness goals!

I am a Rhode Island native, and have moved to Colorado in 2021. I have a BS in Exercise Science from Endicott College where I played one year of football, but my athletic career was cut short from an ankle injury. After my ankle injury, I was able to really focus on strength and conditioning, working with a wide range of clients, from athletes of all varieties to the weekend warriors. I have had the pleasure to work at Harvard University working with their Strength and Conditioning department, as well as with Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. In my free time I love to snowboard and go on hikes with my dog Oslo! I am eager to help you achieve your goals and help with any aches and pains you may have!

I'm a Texas native who grew up as a student athlete. I graduated from Western Oklahoma State College with my Associates in Health,Physical Education, and Recreation while playing softball for 2 years. After my two years, I continued my softball career at D2 Rogers State University, but ultimately ended up having a few shoulder injuries and hip injury along the way. Being an athlete for so long and having injuries led me to have a passion for rehabilitation and the importance of taking care of the body at all stages in life! After it was all said and done, I ended up hanging up my cleats and graduated from Tarleton State University with my Bachelors in Kinesiology. Since graduating, I have become certified in a variety of training techniques such as TRX and Water Safety Instructor. After marrying my husband in the Army and becoming a military spouse, I’ve been all over the spectrum when it comes to the Health and Fitness industry from working as the Fort Riley, KS Fitness Coordinator, Outdoor Recreation Specialist, and a physical therapy Wellness Center Aide. I tend to have to adapt as we get to new places, but have always continued to enjoy helping people with their wellness goals. Colorado is now our new home where I get to enjoy hiking and all things outdoors with my two dogs and husband! Coming to StretchLab has given me a place to expand my love for the Health and Fitness industry and continue to grow with experience! I look forward to helping others in their wellness journey!

I’m a Castle Rock, Colorado native and love all things outdoors! My favorite things are hiking, paddle boarding, and playing pickle ball. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with my degree in Exercise Science. I’ve had a deep love and interest in the human body since middle school, and I love empowering people with the tools they need to live a healthy and vibrant life!
