      Hello, my name is Romello and I’m a flexologist at stretch lab in Cary. I’ve been with the company going on 2 years. I’m a 2021 college graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University “GO AGGIES” earning a B.S. in Kinesiology. I recorded 50-100 observation hours in an outpatient physical therapy clinic my senior year of college. I pursued this career because I was a 3 sport athlete in the past that played football, basketball and track in high school. Along the journey I would see teammates get injured and seen how devastated they were not being able to play a sport they loved. I’ve always had a passion for helping people get back doing things they love without being limited due to pain. Outside of my job I like to read, lift weights, play flag football and also play pick up basketball. Being at Stretchlab means a lot to me because I get to help clients on a day to day basis feel better and move better, Also it’s important that I motivate them to stretch at home when they are away from Stretch Lab. Look forward working with you in the future !

      Hi, I’m Jaden Harewood! I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where I majored in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science. I’m originally from Durham, North Carolina, and I’m thrilled to have joined the StretchLab team. I’m passionate about helping others improve both their physical and mental well-being through guided stretching. I look forward to working with you on your journey to better health!

      Hi, I'm John! I graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in Biology, with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. As someone who's always been athletic, I've seen firsthand how much of a difference sports medicine and proper stretching can make, not just for performance, but for long-term health and injury prevention. That's what inspired me to become a Flexologist. In my free time, you'll usually find me at the gym, staying active with friends, or working on cars, which has become one of my favorite hands-on hobbies. My goal as a Flexologist is to improve each client's overall quality of life by helping them move more freely, feel better in body, and/or regain confidence in their daily activities. I also see the role as an important step toward my long-term goal of becoming a physical therapist.
