I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and I am certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation from my time at the Yoga Bubble in Conil de la Frontera, Spain. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dog to the park, bodysurfing, weightlifting and traveling to new countries every chance I get. In college, I even studied abroad at the University of Queensland, Australia and the Solomon Islands National University for public health and environmental research. Initially I was drawn to yoga as a way to de-stress from my corporate job, but soon found that maintaining a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle is what I am truly passionate about. What I love about StretchLab is that it gives me the opportunity to help others achieve their goals through movement, leading to a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.
