Sonja Van Der Velden OLY
I am a two time Olympic athlete, two time World Master Champion, and have trained and coached for over 25 years. In addition to coaching teams and training private clients, I fill my time leading Group fitness, and Yoga classes. I am a huge advocate of stretching for all persons, not just athletes. It improves mobility, reduces stiffness and soreness, and creates better functional movements in any workout or daily activity. I hold numerous credentials. (Coaching level 3 USA Artistic Swimming), Personal trainer (NASM PT, CES, PES, TRX training, Pilates), Yoga instructor (RYT500). My mission is to help you discover the benefits of Stretching that have helped me during my career and daily life.
