I am a general manager for Plus One Health Management at Facebook. I am also a personal trainer at Stanford University. I have a background in athletic training and am also a corrective exercise specialist. I have a MS in Exercise Physiology. I enjoy road and mountain biking. Other interests including backpacking, weight training, stretching, running, tennis and golf. Full range of motion in all joints is essential for comfort, performance and injury prevention. StretchLab has a thorough, well-rounder program to address all the major muscle groups. Stretchlab offers a stretch that just can’t be created on your own because the flexologist is able to anchor both attachment points for the muscles allowing isolated tension on the muscle.

Stretching has always been a huge part of my life, first as a gymnast, then as a gymnastics coach. I understand the role assisted stretching plays in injury rehab and athletic performance. I'm now working on my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and have come to StretchLab to accomplish my mission: help people feel better in their bodies, physically and mentally. When not working to this end, you're most likely to find me outside in the mountains, hiking, skiing or rock climbing.

Hello! After graduating from LMU with a B.A. in psychology in 2013, I knew without a doubt that I wanted to center my career around helping people. I grew up playing soccer, swimming competitively, rock climbing, and earning my black belt in Tae-Kwon-Doe, so naturally I completed a Personal Training Certification Program. Since then, I have developed skill, knowledge, and most of all a love for all types of movement with intention. From bodybuilding and Yogi flows to marathon running and plyometrics, I love it all! My focus will always be on the mind-body connection along with the breath to help you achieve your best personal and athletic self. At StretchLab, I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to work proactively with our community and further support my intention to help others.
