I have been a Physical Therapist in Hungary since 2009 and I used to work with patients who had neurological or orthopedic problems. After coming to the United States, I completed my Personal Trainer and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist trainings. I am amazed by how much we can do to improve the lives of others. When you step into the StretchLab studio and you see the smiling faces, you instantly feel welcomed! StretchLab allows me to show people the benefits of stretching and how it can change their lives; a flexible body can do wonders. When not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking long walks, or sitting outside reading a book.

I love baking bread in my free time and working on projects around my house. I also have grown to love lifting. I love feeling strong and being able to make even small progress towards my fitness and strength goals. Being able to work at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to help people feel amazing using scientific, tried and tested practices. Stretching is so beneficial for all types of people with all types of goals. It is great to be a part of the process of helping people accomplish their goals!

In 2010 I lost over one hundred pounds, which started my journey of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2017. Since then, I have been working as a personal trainer at a private fitness studio. As a personal trainer, I found a passion for helping people alleviate chronic pain through stretching. When I am not working, you can find me listening to sci-fi and fantasy audiobooks, trying new food, lifting weights, rock climbing, or training for my next Tough Mudder race. What I love about StretchLab is making a goal like you would for working out and applying it to stretching. Whether that goal is to relieve chronic pain or to increase general flexibility, we can get there through the program we develop together. Stretching is not just something we do as a warm-up or cool-down but a way to increase quality of life.

I have been immersed in the world of fitness for some time now, if I'm not at the gym resistance training then I am out running. As a veteran of the military, I understand the importance of preventative maintenance when it comes to both equipment and people! Stretching is one of the many ways to be preemptive and proactive in creating a healthy body movement plan. I am currently a group fitness instructor and I'm pursing a degree in Sports and Movement Science with a concentration in pre-rehabilitation. The key to a healthy body and mind is movement and mindfulness! I think StretchLab combines the indispensable value of a great stretch with the added benefit of personalized plans to help people achieve their goals, whatever they may be - plus the people are great!nIn a world of fast paced endeavors sometimes the simple things like good health and happiness are overlooked - I certainly hope I can bring some of that to your next visit!

I have a masters in education and worked as an elementary and middle school teacher. I enjoy making fitness and flexibility fun and rewarding. At StretchLab I enjoy the 1 on 1 connection and problem solving to help everyone move better and enjoy what their bodies can do. It is a great team.
