I have a degree in Kinesiology from Georgia State University. I have worked in Physical Therapy clinics, been involved with public health initiatives, competed with the Powerlifting Club, and coached athletes at both Georgia Tech University and in the private sector. In the past two years, I've become more interested in therapeutic modalities and the relationship to performance and development of people. Due to that, I've become interested in manual manipulation, massage therapy, yoga, stretching, and how they can and should be used for self-improvement. In my free time, I love to perform training and improving how my body feels and moves. I like to train every day, be it stretching, yoga, weightlifting, calisthenics, even martial arts. Another activity I love to do is playing with poi where the practitioner uses typically orb-shaped implements to perform various movements that create a visual effect from the implement. The are many forms of these implements that range from LED poi to Fire poi and wands and staffs. One of the reasons why I love working at StretchLab is because I get to make a real connection with the clients that I am working with. I’m able to teach them about their bodies in a way that improves how they think about self-care and improvement in daily quality of life. I am able to use the knowledge that I've gained to help people feel better, which is incredibly fulfilling

I’m an Athletic Trainer and I’ve worked with collegiate athletes for about 3 years now while also having the chance to work with 3 NFL players. For activities, I enjoy all aspects of fitness and I strive to do something different every day. My favorites are weightlifting, hiking, long-boarding, biking, and fishing. What I love about StretchLab is having the opportunity to find out what an individual's motivation is. Whether it’s getting ready for a marathon, the next football game, or reducing aches from a long day of work; it’s a great feeling being able to make a positive impact and improve someone’s performance.

I’m a recent graduate of Campbell University where I got my Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sports Science. I’ve been an athlete for over 16 years, so naturally I gravitated towards the fitness and wellness space. Since then I’ve become a certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist (through the ACSM) this year. I’ve always seen myself as an example in this space, so I’m constantly honing and expanding my skills and practical applications when it comes to the human body—so StretchLab and their stretching program was a natural fit for me! I’m a firm believer of human optimization, and the many forms that it takes—physical activity being one of the most popular and readily available. I’d say I’m a simply person when it comes to things I enjoy— biking when the suns out, running through woodsy trails, enjoying a nice day at Piedmont, sharing ideas, and playing Cards against humanity (I love comedy). I also enjoy playing soccer every week at the Silverbacks complex, coaching online & in-person, functional training, and educating myself & others on ways in which they can improve their current lifestyles and behaviors! The number 1 thing that I enjoy at StretchLab is the atmosphere. It’s unique and you can sense it whether you work here, or your simply coming in for a stretch. Everyone here is on a mission to help foster positive change in our clients—and it’s great to be a part of a team that shares a common mission. Also, the music is always on point.

I am an exercise physiologist, yoga instructor, personal trainer and a certified cancer exercise trainer. I received my degree in Kinesiology from Liberty University in 2012, and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 14 years. Over the last 5 years, I have been working closely with the American College of Sports Medicine to make exercise a vital sign in the healthcare industry and to educate patients in the Atlanta area about how exercise can improve their health without all of the side affects of traditional medicine. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in sports such as pickleball, kickball and bowling. I also enjoy hiking, biking and playing board games with friends. I love StretchLab because the results are so clear. The clients always leave feeling better and moving better, which is exactly what brought me to this field..I love improving people’s lives!

I grew up in Blue Ridge, Georgia and I earned a full-ride scholarship to play offensive line at Georgia Southern University where I was a part of three Championships, as well as made the dean's list and athletic honor roll multiple times. After being sidelined due to injury I was able to gain invaluable work experience in physical therapy and as a Division 1 strength coach while finishing my BS In Exercise Science with minors in coaching, nutrition, psychology, and earned my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) after. I spend much of my free time with my girlfriend and our two dogs and always trying to see as many concerts/festivals/shows as I can. I love whitewater rafting and get paid to do it! I tend to surprise people with a variety of interests and experiences I can enjoy or relate to which motivates me to be as open-minded towards any and all people, experiences, and ways of thinking in life. StretchLab has provided me with a unique opportunity as an exercise specialist to evolve my knowledge and experience and directly apply it to my daily work and life. As a former division 1 athlete, I was always looking to better my body and mind and discovered that the more I improved my ability to move with comfort and ease through improved flexibility I discovered an evolving world of self-improvement that allows me to deal with my injuries and the ever-changing demands on my body and mind and help my clients do the same. If you're in pain, stiff, or tight, it's impossible to attain your maximum potential. Yes, keeping your body improves performance in sports and exercise more effectively. But, your physical health and daily stress response have a huge impact on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the short and long term. If you are unsure what a personalized stretch and professional guidance to achieve lasting success I would love to show you how to become your optimal self.

I am a yoga instructor with 200 hours of training in the physical practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for almost 17 years and have been teaching for the last two years. I value the practice of yoga as a transformative experience that can help anyone reach their full potential physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For the past several years, I have been a huge advocate for health and wellness, and I strive to provide others with whatever their mind, body, and soul needs. I believe the body is the bridge that connects the mind and the soul. When you feel good in your body, other areas of your life begin to improve. I love StretchLab because I get the opportunity to help others on their journey to health, to help them feel good in their bodies, and to live a more balanced life. When I'm not in service to others, you can find me jamming to some music, cooking vegan food, or creating yoga content for my YouTube channel.
