Flexologist
I’m a graduate of Campbell University, receiving my Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sports Science and multiple stents in College Soccer’s NCAA Tournament. I’ve been an athlete competing in youth, amateur, semi-pro & professional spaces for over 16 years; so I naturally gravitated towards fitness and wellness. Currently, I’m an exercise physiologist with an in-depth understanding in human performance, anatomy, kinesiology, recovery, and nutrition. I have a practical understanding on how feeling your best leads to better performance in life; and StretchLab may be that crucial piece in that puzzle you are looking to solve. I’m a firm believer of human optimization and the many forms that it takes—with specified recovery methods being essential to achieving the best version of YOU. Whether you, like myself, have an extensive background in athletics, a casual fitness regimen, or someone that simply wants to become more flexible because of its touted benefits, StretchLab is THE place for you. One of the most notable things about our stretch studio is the atmosphere. It’s not only welcoming and family oriented; but somewhere you can leave behind stress, inflexibility, tightness, and simply FEEL better after just 30 minutes. Everyone in our studio is on a mission to help foster positive change in our clients—and it’s great to be a part of a team that shares a common mission. Also, we’ve been told that music is always on point.
