I have a degree in Kinesiology from Georgia State University. I have worked in Physical Therapy clinics, been involved with public health initiatives, competed with the Powerlifting Club, and coached athletes at both Georgia Tech University and in the private sector. In the past two years, I've become more interested in therapeutic modalities and the relationship to performance and development of people. Due to that, I've become interested in manual manipulation, massage therapy, yoga, stretching, and how they can and should be used for self-improvement. In my free time, I love to perform training and improving how my body feels and moves. I like to train every day, be it stretching, yoga, weightlifting, calisthenics, even martial arts. Another activity I love to do is playing with poi where the practitioner uses typically orb-shaped implements to perform various movements that create a visual effect from the implement. The are many forms of these implements that range from LED poi to Fire poi and wands and staffs. One of the reasons why I love working at StretchLab is because I get to make a real connection with the clients that I am working with. I’m able to teach them about their bodies in a way that improves how they think about self-care and improvement in daily quality of life. I am able to use the knowledge that I've gained to help people feel better, which is incredibly fulfilling

I’m an Athletic Trainer and I’ve worked with collegiate athletes for about 3 years now while also having the chance to work with 3 NFL players. For activities, I enjoy all aspects of fitness and I strive to do something different every day. My favorites are weightlifting, hiking, long-boarding, biking, and fishing. What I love about StretchLab is having the opportunity to find out what an individual's motivation is. Whether it’s getting ready for a marathon, the next football game, or reducing aches from a long day of work; it’s a great feeling being able to make a positive impact and improve someone’s performance.

I’m a graduate of Campbell University, receiving my Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sports Science and multiple stents in College Soccer’s NCAA Tournament. I’ve been an athlete competing in youth, amateur, semi-pro & professional spaces for over 16 years; so I naturally gravitated towards fitness and wellness. Currently, I’m an exercise physiologist with an in-depth understanding in human performance, anatomy, kinesiology, recovery, and nutrition. I have a practical understanding on how feeling your best leads to better performance in life; and StretchLab may be that crucial piece in that puzzle you are looking to solve. I’m a firm believer of human optimization and the many forms that it takes—with specified recovery methods being essential to achieving the best version of YOU. Whether you, like myself, have an extensive background in athletics, a casual fitness regimen, or someone that simply wants to become more flexible because of its touted benefits, StretchLab is THE place for you. One of the most notable things about our stretch studio is the atmosphere. It’s not only welcoming and family oriented; but somewhere you can leave behind stress, inflexibility, tightness, and simply FEEL better after just 30 minutes. Everyone in our studio is on a mission to help foster positive change in our clients—and it’s great to be a part of a team that shares a common mission. Also, we’ve been told that music is always on point.

I am an exercise physiologist, yoga instructor, personal trainer and a certified cancer exercise trainer. I received my degree in Kinesiology from Liberty University in 2012, and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 14 years. Over the last 5 years, I have been working closely with the American College of Sports Medicine to make exercise a vital sign in the healthcare industry and to educate patients in the Atlanta area about how exercise can improve their health without all of the side affects of traditional medicine. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in sports such as pickleball, kickball and bowling. I also enjoy hiking, biking and playing board games with friends. I love StretchLab because the results are so clear. The clients always leave feeling better and moving better, which is exactly what brought me to this field..I love improving people’s lives!

I grew up in Blue Ridge, Georgia and I earned a full-ride scholarship to play offensive line at Georgia Southern University where I was a part of three Championships, as well as made the dean's list and athletic honor roll multiple times. After being sidelined due to injury I was able to gain invaluable work experience in physical therapy and as a Division 1 strength coach while finishing my BS In Exercise Science with minors in coaching, nutrition, psychology, and earned my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) after. I spend much of my free time with my girlfriend and our two dogs and always trying to see as many concerts/festivals/shows as I can. I love whitewater rafting and get paid to do it! I tend to surprise people with a variety of interests and experiences I can enjoy or relate to which motivates me to be as open-minded towards any and all people, experiences, and ways of thinking in life. StretchLab has provided me with a unique opportunity as an exercise specialist to evolve my knowledge and experience and directly apply it to my daily work and life. As a former division 1 athlete, I was always looking to better my body and mind and discovered that the more I improved my ability to move with comfort and ease through improved flexibility I discovered an evolving world of self-improvement that allows me to deal with my injuries and the ever-changing demands on my body and mind and help my clients do the same. If you're in pain, stiff, or tight, it's impossible to attain your maximum potential. Yes, keeping your body improves performance in sports and exercise more effectively. But, your physical health and daily stress response have a huge impact on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the short and long term. If you are unsure what a personalized stretch and professional guidance to achieve lasting success I would love to show you how to become your optimal self.

I have been a licensed Flexologist for about 2.5 years now. I first started stretching clients in Savannah while working on my bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Science from Georgia Southern University. There my focus was in neuroscience research and gerontology (which is just a fancy word for the study of the anatomy, physiology, and psychology of how we age through time). Currently, I am am working on my Masters of Science in Nursing at Brenau University in pursuit of becoming a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, providing care to all ages across the life span. When I’m not working in the hospital or sitting through lecture, I enjoy being outside in the park, on the belt line, or buying too many plants for my apartment. What I love and appreciate most about StretchLab is the outlet it gives me to blend both clinical and holistic aspects of care to clients of all ages in a relaxed one-on-one setting.

I was a middle school STEM teacher for eight years and after losing 25lbs in 2021, decided to transition into group fitness and personal training. I truly believe movement is medicine, so when I'm not working with clients or teaching class, I love to do yoga, pilates, and dance. And if I can do it outside, even better!
