I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and a Yoga Therapist Certification from Loyola Marymount University. Currently, I’m pursuing my Kinesiology degree. Outside of StretchLab, I work as a Yoga Teacher, attend spin classes, read, and spend my time with friends, family, and my dog. My passion lies in helping people lead healthier lives, move more freely, and feel better. I can’t wait to help you incorporate stretching into your daily routine! One interesting fact about me is that while I was finishing up my Yoga Therapy Certification, I attended a meditation seminar where I met Emma Watson from Harry Potter!

I’ve been in the health and wellness field for over 10 years, working in athletic training, physical therapy, and personal training. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University, and I’m currently pursuing my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). I’ve always been passionate about helping people move and feel their best. That’s why I enjoy working at StretchLab, because stretching isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about improving mobility, preventing injuries, and making everyday activities easier and more enjoyable. My goal is to give each client the tools and care they need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their body for the long run.

With a Bachelor's in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton and over five years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting as a PT aide, I bring a strong foundation in movement science and injury prevention. I recently graduated from PTA school and am now a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), further deepening my commitment to helping others move and feel better. Outside of StretchLab, you'll find me weightlifting, doing HIIT training, or hiking local trails with my wife and our chocolate lab. I’ve always had a passion for helping people reach their rehab and fitness goals, and I’m excited to help you integrate stretching into your wellness routine. Whether you're working on flexibility, mobility, or just becoming more in tune with your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and over four years of hands-on experience in one-on-one patient rehabilitation, I’ve built a strong foundation in sports therapy and human movement. My passion for helping others recover and perform at their best led me to pursue my Doctorate in Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), where I’m currently advancing my clinical knowledge and skills. An active lifestyle has always been central to who I am. Whether I’m in the gym, kickboxing, swimming, or just watching Sunday football, (Go Ravens!), I see movement and performance a major priority in my life. My experience as both a practitioner and an athlete gives me a unique perspective on injury recovery, prevention, and optimizing physical potential.
