      Shannon grew up in small town Montana playing sports and enjoying the outdoors! After graduating from Montana State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, she obtained her Exercise Physiologist certification through ACSM and has since worked as a personal trainer here in Bozeman. She loves to lift weights, trail run, hike/hunt, and joined StretchLab's team to help others reach their mobility/ recovery goals and enjoy all Bozeman has to offer! A fun fact about Shannon is she loves animals and brownies!

      Zach was born and raised in Bozeman. He has been doing martial arts for over 17 years, and he stays active by lifting weights and running. Zach's jiu-jitsu training makes him a unique flexologist, and he enjoys helping others to have a happy and healthy life. A fun fact about Zach is that he has seen every season of Gilmore Girls.

      Katie has a Bachelor of science in Kinesiology with a focus in rehabilitation sciences. She loves to run and swim during the summer months. Winter is her time to explore on XC skis and snowboard as much as snowfall allows. Katie loves StretchLab because it enables her to channel a personal want to keep clients mobile and fit on an individual basis. She wants her clients to live the most active and fulfilling life that they can.

      Talia is a Bozeman native and 6th generation Montanan. She graduated from MSU with a bachelors in Health and Human Performance in 2016. She worked as a physical therapy aide for 3 years where her passion for the profession grew. Talia then went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from ISU where she just recently graduated and returned to Bozeman. Talia loves being active in general but specifically likes hiking, walking the dogs, paddle boarding, and golf. She loves StretchLab because the clinic environment allows flexologists to provide individualized treatment with one-on-one care. This allows for great outcomes, higher patient satisfaction, and outstanding quality of care!

      Mark comes to StretchLab after coaching sports for almost 15 years. He started with gymnastics and spent 2 years training mobility at a private gym in NYC. Mark loves getting lost in the woods after a 20mile bike ride and hitting up the lake on a hot day. He also enjoys spending time camping with his dog. Mark loves StretchLab because it gives him the chance to learn new ways to better the human body as well as allowing him to apply personal training knowledge to help clients in need.

      Chloe is currently a student at MSU studying food and nutrition with a minor in Spanish. She grew up dancing and doing competitive cheerleading. Right now Chloe is training in powerlifting and competitive pole dance sport. She also enjoys swimming, drawing, painting, and cuddling her cats! Empowering people through movement is her passion and she is super excited to be with StretchLab!

      Max is a former student athlete turned personal trainer with a focus in muscle growth and body building. He has an interest in nutrition and personal health and how they coincide with a healthy lifestyle. Max enjoys going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and if he's not in the gym he's working at StretchLab! Max loves StretchLab because it allows him to help others and further his knowledge in personal health and wellbeing.

      Janelle has a masters degree in exercise science and has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Her training and certifications include: certified strength and conditioning specialist, CrossFit coach, TRX training, and nutrition coach. Janelle loves working out, especially circuit style training and weightlifting. She also loves being outside hiking and trail running. Janelle loves StretchLab because she can help people see their body's potential and assist them in their unique fitness journeys. She always has the goal of making sure a client feels better after a session, and thinks StretchLab is the perfect place to help people perform and feel better!

      Courtney is a yoga instructor with over 500 hours of practice, as well as a mat Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer. She enjoys hiking, anything outdoors, yoga, lifting, road trips, and taking her dogs to the dog park. Courtney loves StretchLab because it lets her help people reach their goals and optimize their personal well being.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
