      Hi my name is Sam, and I am originally from Coleridge, North Carolina. I recently graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Kinesiology (big Aggie Pride!). My background is primarily in strength & conditioning and personal training; working with a variety of clients including division 1 and 2 athletes where stretching and mobility is huge in recovery and staying healthy. I love to workout, learn, and travel to gain new experiences. I look forward to helping you through your health and wellness journey!
