From a young age I have grown up playing sports and have always enjoyed practicing a healthy lifestyle. I have recently graduated from Rutgers University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I began working in an outpatient physical therapy office where I was able to assist Physical Therapist's with their clients and learn a lot about beneficial stretches and exercises for the body over the course of three years. I also work in an inpatient rehab setting in the therapy department where I get to see a lot of different people beginning their first steps in their rehab process, which is very important. I am very passionate about treating the body with the right fuel and energy to obtain a healthy lifestyle and am excited to be a part of achieving this for each person I get to see through the importance of stretching and flexibility.

Christian is a compassionate, kind and intuitive practitioner. You will feel well taken care of when you are with him. He is always trying to learn new things and believes that healing comes from deep within the individual. He is there to guide you but at the end of the day he will make sure that you give yourself the best chance by holding you accountable. Christian found his way to Stretchlab due to the fact that it is a facility removed from the health care system that focuses on the function and performance of health. A place that individuals can improve on their flexibility and fitness in order to function better in their day to day operations. He has always been guided by his love of health and fitness and his life experiences have helped guide his journey. He has been very active in Football and Lacrosse in his youth. Which led him to pursue his education at Rowan University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Human Performance in Clinical Settings. After graduating he had injured his back and was unable to do most daily tasks. But through daily stretching and exercise he was able to fully recover without surgery. Christian continues to strive to be his best version by pushing his own limits in a healthy way. He is someone who does not take anything in life for granted.
