Hey there, I'm Laurel! Artistic Swimming, formerly known as synchronized swimming, has been the cornerstone of my life as both an athlete and coach for the Canadian National Team. My commitment to this sport runs deep, and I've spent years honing my skills and knowledge to excel in it. I'm proud to hold the title of Chartered Professional Coach from the Coaches Association of Canada, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. But my journey into flexibility began long before these achievements. From a young age, my love for flexibility played a crucial role in my success, helping me stand out as one of the most agile athletes throughout my 17-year career. I firmly believe in the power of daily stretching routines to keep injuries at bay, even amidst the rigorous demands of high-level competition. Now, my pursuits have expanded to include strength training and competing in triathlons, all fueled by my unwavering dedication to fitness and well-being. Transitioning into a role where I can directly impact others, I'm thrilled to share my passion for flexibility with my clients. My goal is to help them achieve their own milestones, drawing from my wealth of experience and genuine enthusiasm for helping others reach their full potential. Let's embark on this journey together!

Hi, I’m Susie! I am a Certified Athletic Therapist, with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages and levels of mobility. My goal is to help you move better so you can live better! I believe that assisted stretching fills a need that is not typically met in the health and fitness industry. We all know we need to stretch, but not very many of us do it by ourselves! When I am not working I can often be found mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, or keeping up with my kids and dog. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your wellness journey.

I’m here to help you reach your goals and feel great about it! Originally from the UK, I gained my Physiotherapy degree and Sports Massage Diploma in Cardiff. I worked in various hospital and clinic settings for several years as well as in semi-pro soccer, before moving to Alberta to seek adventure! I took a career break to raise my 3 children and, in this time, spent a year sailing half way around the world with my family in tow! I have first-hand professional and personal experience of how regular stretching can eradicate pain and niggles, prevent injury, and improve sporting performance. With my increasing interest in longevity medicine, I consider flexibility to be a key factor in living healthier for longer. I am passionate about educating and empowering you about your body so we can work together to be the best version of your physical self. I have always loved to keep active - from rowing at university level, racket sports, full and half Ironman triathlons and most recently Crossfit! I look forward to seeing you on the bench!

Hello there! I'm Ramiz and I’m a dedicated fitness professional with over five years of experience in personal training and wellness, certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Fitness has always been an important part of my life.
