      Travis
      Travis
      Flexologist
Originally from Iowa, Travis has called Asheville home for the past three years. His journey into wellness began after a successful career as an engineer, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Transitioning from engineering, Travis founded a successful boutique gym chain, expanding to four locations and integrating innovative programs such as personal training, nutrition coaching, small group training, martial arts, kids kickboxing, and even urban farming. Travis's dedication to holistic health led him to become a licensed massage therapist which included modalities like sensory repatterning TuiNa (Chinese Medical Massage) Thai massage and NMT (Neuro-Muscular Therapy). Along the way he also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. His journey with fitness began early, as he was invited at the age of 19 to train full-time at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, after winning multiple national Olympic Style Taekwondo tournaments. He represented the USA at prestigious events including the USA-Korea Goodwill Championship in Seoul, Korea, the U.S. Open in Colorado Springs, and others. Beyond his professional achievements, Travis enjoys hobbies such as hiking, mountain biking, and gardening. He finds joy in playing with his cats and is passionate about studying longevity and wellness practices.
