      Kim
      Kim
      Flexologist
“In my formative years, I was the kid people told their stories to. I began having realizations of seeing the human body as a self-healing energetic mechanism and recognized I was fascinated by the normal, and complex, healing process of injuries.” Kim simply enjoys helping others, values family and loves the complexities of the human body. She moved to Asheville in 2010 after completing her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Kent State University. A few years later, in 2015, Kim received her Physical Therapist Assistant license and has dedicated four years to treating chronic pain syndromes full-time in a heart-centered Functional PT and Bodywork clinic called Gentle Pain Release Center. Years of performing manual bodywork brought Kim to get her license as a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a specialization in chronic pain in 2021 from Take Courage Coaching University in California. In her early career, she dedicated four years to developmental therapy as a full-time therapist in outpatient pediatric rehab, at Kids First Therapy.
