      Ryan
      Ryan
      Stretch Practitioner
My name is Ryan and I am a flexologist with a passion for helping people optimize their mobility and performance. My educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Health Science and Kinesiology, specializing in Athletic Training, as well as over 300 hours of clinical experience working with athletes of all levels. As a former Division 1 collegiate baseball player, I bring a unique perspective on athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery to every session. Having played at a high level of competition, I understand the demands of intense training and the importance of mobility in preventing injuries and enhancing performance. I approach every stretch session with an educational-first mindset, ensuring you not only experience the benefits of stretching but also understand how it can directly impact your body, performance, and long-term health. Whether you are an athlete looking to stay in peak condition, someone recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your overall flexibility and mobility, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and perform better, regardless of your background or activity level. Beyond my professional training, I have a creative side, with photography as a personal hobby. This attention to detail and mindfulness translates into my work as a flexologist as it allows me to see and address the nuances of your body’s movement and mechanics. I am looking forward to getting to know you while helping you achieve your goals and improve your long-term health!

Hi, I'm Bryan! Growing up playing a wide variety of sports, I developed a lifelong passion for athletics and functional movement—and playing sports is still the absolute best part of my day. That drive to keep my own body moving well for years to come is exactly what I want to share with you. My approach is backed by four years of Kinesiology education at Sheridan College, years of experience as a certified personal trainer, and my current studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. As your Stretch Therapist, I combine this athletic background with structural expertise to deliver targeted sessions that keep you moving, performing, and feeling your best.

Hi, I’m Kealee, and I am passionate about helping people feel their best through movement, education, and a personalized approach to wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology with minors in Biology and Leadership, providing me with a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and overall health and wellness. I have a special passion for supporting women's health and wellness. I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their body, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard throughout their wellness journey. I believe that true wellness extends beyond the physical body and is deeply connected to our mental and emotional well-being. By fostering a strong mind-body connection, I help clients become more aware of how they move, recover, and respond to stress, creating a foundation for lasting health and resilience. Whether your goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, enhance athletic performance, recover from injury, or simply move through daily life more comfortably, I am committed to helping you reach your goals through an individualized and holistic approach. Outside of the clinic, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and endurance athlete. You can often find me training for a triathlon, surfing, snowboarding, traveling, or spending time outside with my dog. My own experiences in sport have given me a deep appreciation for the importance of recovery, resilience, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and I bring that perspective into my work with every client. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your path toward better movement, improved wellness, and a healthier, more active life.

Hi, my name is Jack. I recently graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and hope to pursue a career in Physiotherapy in the near future. Throughout my education, I gained hands-on experience working with athletes and diverse populations through placements at Brock Sports Medicine and Brock University's Functional Inclusive Training Centre. My experience includes injury assessment, therapeutic exercise programming, mobility enhancement, and supporting clients through rehabilitation and recovery. In addition to my clinical experience, I have volunteered in a variety of health and wellness settings, including movement therapy, sports medicine workshops, and community fitness programs. Mitchelle
      Mitchelle
      Stretch Practitioner
Hi, my name is Mitchell. I just graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology, and hope to one day pursue physiotherapy. Throughout my experiences, functional movement and rehabilitation have always been at the centre. I was drawn early on to understanding how the body works, how it adapts and recovers across different exercises and lifestyles. This led me toward specializations in areas like neuromuscular function, clinical biomechanics, motor control, and my clinical work at McMaster's Physical Activity Centre of Excellence. Here, I had the chance to work alongside individuals living with neuromuscular conditions like multiple sclerosis, as well as those with spinal cord injuries. Really getting to support these individuals through that kind of work, week after week, helped shape how I think about movement and why I'm here at StretchLab today. Outside of education, I've always been someone who loves being active. Growing up I played hockey, rugby, and volleyball among other sports, and I still try to get outside and keep moving as much as I can. I think that the genuine love of being active is a big part of why I connect well with the people I work with. I understand firsthand how much it matters to feel good in your body, and what it takes to get there. This alongside a multitude of other points is why I believe StretchLab is amazing. It's a place that fosters real personal growth, helps people work toward their long term physical goals, and does it all within a warm and welcoming environment. I hope that you chose to take that next step with us, and look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.
