    Preet is a fitness professional and holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. Her instructor journey began by instructing fitness courses in spin, strength training, and yoga at a local boutique fitness studio in Ann Arbor. Preet loves meeting and helping people in their wellness journey. Having spent several years improving her personal fitness and form, Preet understands the importance of stretching and maintaining flexibility to improve your quality of life and workout recovery as we all age gracefully.

    Olivia’s journey into fitness began at a young age when she started playing basketball. Continuing to play all the way throughout high school, she also played volleyball and ran track. Olivia still tries to get out and play as often as she can! After high school, Olivia attended the University of Michigan, receiving her Bachelor's of Science degree in Athletic Training. It was at UofM where Olivia worked as a student Athletic Trainer, and earned her Master's of Science in Sport Management. Outside of StretchLab you will find Olivia with her nose in a book!

    Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, and has extensive background in dance and golf. She graduated from Aquinas College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance. During her time at Aquinas, she also played for the golf and dance team there. Her background in athletics as well as her deep understanding in fundamentals of stretching has made her a great addition to the StretchLab team, and can help clients with many different backgrounds to find the best stretching routine for their personal process. Lucy also enjoys being active in the outdoors, music, and spending time with her loved ones.

Catrina was a competitive gymnast for 16 years. Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience as a Physical Therapy Tech. In her free time, you will either find her hiking in the woods, paddle boarding on a lake or expanding her knowledge base by reading. He is attending Washtenaw Community College, working towards becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. Before college, John served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2016 to 2020, where he developed a deep appreciation for the role movement plays in both physical and mental well-being. His military experience sparked a passion for community health and instilled in him a commitment to helping others build sustainable, movement-based habits. John brings both discipline and compassion to his sessions, creating a supportive environment that empowers clients of all backgrounds to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

    Shaylee is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. During her time at MSU, she was actively involved in the Student Emergency Response Team (S.E.R.T), Athletic Training Club, and completed over 300 observation hours with Certified Athletic Trainers through MSU football and a local high school. Through these experiences, Shaylee developed hands-on skills in assisted stretching and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which she now brings to her work at StretchLab. Her passion for movement started early—she grew up involved in dance, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and was a cheerleader from kindergarten through her senior year of high school. Outside of the studio, you’ll find Shaylee golfing, going for walks, or cheering on her favorite teams—the Spartans, Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings.

Dylan’s personal athletic background consists of soccer, wrestling, football, and mixed martial arts. Outside of StretchLab, Dylan loves working out, cooking delicious food, and working on projects. His personal and professional experience has taught him that flexibility and mobility are just as important as any other health related component.     Jess is a certified personal trainer through NASM with additional certifications in corrective exercise and nutrition management. Jess has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, starting as a kickboxing instructor leading group fitness classes, to planning structured routines for athletes and working with a wide range of clients. Jess has a passion for helping people in and outside of the gym, whether it be with corrective exercises/modifications in a gym routine or assisted stretching to make everyday goals/recovery feel better and easier. Jess enjoys running, cycling, and hiking - anything that keeps her active outdoors. Outside of that, Jess can be found painting, practicing piano or with her nose in a book!

As a Flexologist, Delaney is dedicated to helping clients improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, enhance recovery, and move more confidently in everyday life.
