I have been working to support people in their health and wellness since 2005. As a doula and childbirth educator, I made my way to pre and postnatal exercise, discovering a love for personal training and supporting anyone and everyone wanting to be healthier and feel their best. I am a Master Certified Health Educator (MCHES) with a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion and Education, a Certified Personal Trainer, and an RYT500 registered yoga instructor. Beyond the studio, I enjoy Crossfit, love doing anything outside, especially if I’m on my paddleboard. I equally love hanging out with my family, plants and animals. If I’m not talking health and fitness, I’m probably talking coffee, my other favorite thing.
