      Nigel is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. Nigel's focus lies in performance enhancement and youth exercise, and he is actively pursuing certification in corrective exercise to further enhance his skill set and provide comprehensive fitness solutions. He is currently pursuing a degree in international studies/relations.

      Fernando (Nando) is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with several years of experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and personalized workout and diet plans. In addition to working here at StretchLab, he works at Gold’s Gym, helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

      Jamie is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people move better and feel their best. His focus is to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness using his expertise. While currently studying physical therapy, Jamie is committed to deepening his knowledge of recovery and rehabilitation to better support his clients. His approach is designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals while empowering them to move with greater ease and confidence in everyday life.

      Drew a NASM-certified personal trainer with a degree in Health, Human Performance & Leisure Studies, concentrating in Sports Medicine, from Howard University. His passion for health and movement began in his teenage years when he embarked on a transformative weight loss journey, which sparked his interest in fitness and rehabilitation. Motivated to help others achieve their wellness goals, he pursued his certification and degree, gaining a strong foundation in movement science, injury prevention, and performance optimization. Andrew is ecstatic to be working at StretchLab as he is dedicated to improving clients' flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. His personal and professional experiences have fueled his desire to make a lasting impact in the field, leading him to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in order to further assist individuals in restoring strength, preventing injuries, and enhancing their quality of life!

      Jordyn is a dedicated flexologist at the stretchlab, bringing a strong background in yoga and movement to help clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. As a certified yoga teacher and passionate dancer, she understands the importance of body awareness, strength, and proper stretching techniques. With a deep commitment to helping others reach their physical goals, Jordyn takes a personalized approach to each session, ensuring that clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered on their journey to better movement. Whether assisting with injury prevention, increasing range of motion, or enhancing overall flexibility, she strives to make every session both effective and enjoyable. Jordyn’s love for movement and wellness fuels her mission to help others feel their best—one stretch at a time!

      Kaylin is a certified personal trainer with a specialization in nutrition and a strong background in strength and conditioning. She is currently studying psychology and loves integrating mental wellness with physical health. Her journey into the fitness industry started from a very sedentary lifestyle, and discovering movement truly changed her life. For this reason, she is passionate about helping others feel more connected to their bodies through stretching and intentional movement. She believes in building strength, mobility, and confidence from the inside out.

      Di'en is a former track runner and has greater interest in sprints. She's always wanted to help people, and after getting injured during a track meet and being introduced to her schools athletic trainer, her interest in rehabilitation sparked. Di'en graduated with a BS in Exercise Science, and currently holds a certification in Exercise Physiology. She is currently studying to recieve a strength and conditioning certification. She loves encouraging clients to advocate for themselves, invest in their overall wellness, and be their best selves.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
