      With over two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Stacey is driven by her passion to guide clients towards holistic well-being. Stacey’s goal is to help empower individuals to move and live with renewed vitality. Stacey’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a pre-physical therapy emphasis and a minor in Psychology from Pacific University. She also holds multiple certifications, including Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist from NASM, and Certified Personal Trainer and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery from Precision Nutrition. Overall well-being is the cornerstone of her approach.

      Warm is orignally from Bangkok Thailand and has nearly a decade of experience as both a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. She is certified by All Yoga Thailand and STOTT Pilates. She earned a Masters Degree in Applied Communication from the National Institute of Development Administration. When she is not working, Warms hobbies include walking, hiking, pilates, yoga, cooking and exploring nature. As a Flexologist, her intention is to deliver full benefits of stretching to every clients. She is hopeful to help everyone achieve a healthy life.

      Sammi was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and returned home after graduating from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania in 2015. Sammi is a certified yoga and sculpt instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2017, and yoga sculpt since 2023. She also graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law and became a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association in 2020. During her free time, Sammi loves to hike, practice yoga, bake and travel!

      Zephyr is a licensed massage therapist living and working in Honolulu, HI with more than 13 years and over 17,000 hours of experience offering a broad range of bodywork practices. He believes strongly in the our body's ability to heal itself, but from time-to-time every-body needs a little tuning up. Zeph earned a degree as an east west bodywork practitioner from a school that taught shiatsu and massage and stretching as part of his practice. He is very excited to share a stretching practice at StretchLab and looks forward to helping you lead your best life!

      As a proud first-generation college graduate, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Studies from the University of Hawaii. After graduating, I returned to California to expand my knowledge and professional experience. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, where I developed significant patient care skills and hands-on experience. Most recently, at StretchLab Pasadena, I have grown into my role as a Flexologist, utilizing my knowledge and expertise in the field of stretching to assist clients in improving their flexibility and overall well-being.

      Nell was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, NV and has recently graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a BS in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science. Nell has worked at multiple physical and occupational therapy clinics and is a certified fitness instructor! Her goal is to work with clients to create an individualized plan to help clients reach their goals! With her in-depth knowledge and experience with the body, she is planning to obtain her doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her free time, Nell loves to hike, mountain bike, practice yoga, run, and surf!

      Emma, born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, CA, has been calling Hawaii home since 2020 while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With a deep passion for enhancing the quality of life and overall well-being, Emma takes a movement and wellness-centered approach to helping individuals achieve their goals and embrace a healthy, happy lifestyle. During her studies, Emma gained invaluable experience volunteering at physical therapy clinics, further fueling her dedication to the field. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, including hiking, surfing, playing tennis/pickleball, mountain biking, dancing, or relaxing at the beach. Emma looks forward to empowering others to improve their well-being through personalized stretching practices.

      Born and raised in Smyrna Delaware. Passion for sports at a young age that transitioned into a love for fitness and health. In 2015 I was a state champion wrestler and was awarded wrestler of the year for the state of Delaware. I’ve been a CrossFit trainer since 2016 and was a middle school health teacher prior to moving to Hawaii. I love being able to guide people through their health journey and achieve goals they never thought they could!

      Kanaloa, originally from Maui, has seamlessly transitioned his passion for athletics into the field of rehabilitation. After playing football and completing the Fitness Specialist program at Orange Coast College in California, he specialized in sports and injury rehabilitation. As a certified trainer and IASTM therapist, Kanaloa is dedicated to helping clients overcome physical limitations, enabling them to feel their best and perform optimally in their everyday lives. His expertise and commitment to individualized care make him a trusted partner in achieving lasting wellness and mobility.

      Jared is originally from South Carolina, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. After college, he moved to Hawaii to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He graduated last year and has around 2 years of experience in the clinical setting with clinicals and work after school. While living in Maui, Jared worked for around 6 months in a neuro-specific clinic where he treated patients that were neurologically impaired ranging from stroke to SCI to multiple sclerosis. He also helped in managing a cardiac rehab program for patients recovering from heart attacks or major heart surgeries. His main goal and passion is to use his knowledge to aide his clients in living a healthier and happier life through health and wellness. Jared is an avid sports fan and has played soccer for 20 years, 4 of which was at the collegiate level. He loves distance running, recently completing the Hapalua half-marathon and the Hana Relay. Jared’s approach is client-centered to ensure efficiency and comfortability within the rehab and wellness processes.

      Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Quawinda “Q” is a Surgical Neurophysiologist and certified Flexologist with a passion for optimizing health, mobility, and recovery. Quawinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance (Applied Exercise Science) and a Master's in Surgical Neurophysiology from the University of Connecticut. Her background in anatomy and neurophysiology ensures safe, effective sessions—whether the goal is recovery, improved athletic performance, or everyday flexibility. Quawinda’s passion for the field lies in the ability to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. She finds immense fulfillment in helping others become the best version of themselves—whether by preventing injuries, promoting optimal surgical outcomes, or supporting individuals as they return to their normal way of life. Being part of a team that prioritizes safety, healing, and quality of life is a privilege she nevers take for granted. Outside of work, Quawinda enjoys traveling, kayaking, pickleball, dancing and spending time with her family. These activities ground her and remind her why she does the work she loves —helping others live fully and well.

      Rowdy joined the Military right out of High School to serve his country. After serving in the military, he served the people by joining Law Enforcement for 21yrs. After Retiring from L.E., Rowdy opened and operated a Sports Rehabilitation Therapy Clinic for 22yrs. Rowdy education includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, a Masters in Kinesiology (Fitness & Nutrition) and a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in Sports injuries. Rowdy Has the following certifications, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement & Corrective exercise Specialist (NASM), Japanese & Hawaiian style massage therapist, A.I.S.(Active Isolated Stretching), Graston (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) A.R.T (Active Release Technique) FMS ( Functional Movement Assessment ) SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) Kinesio Tape Practitioner & also Rock Tape Practitioner. Rowdy’s Hobbies include Martial arts, Outrigger Paddling and Fishing. Rowdy’s Philosophy is “Pain Free Living Can Become a Reality.”

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
