      Greg is a graduate from William Paterson University with a B.S in exercise science and is currently working towards his massage therapy license. Over the last couple of years, Greg has obtained significant experience being a lifeguard, swim coach, and a PT aid in order to gain greater knowledge on the body and its potential in terms of recovery. With his current work as a clinical assistant at an adhesion release clinic, and a Flexologist at StretchLab, Greg is motivated to help his clients feel their greatest on a day to day basis. "It's such a great feeling when clients come back to tell me how much more aware they are about their body's needs and how motivated they are to reach their full potential. Awareness is a huge component of being and feeling healthy." During Greg's free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, taking care of his plants, along with playing video games!

      Victoria holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Montclair State University, with a concentration in sports conditioning. With over four years of experience as a Physical Therapy Aide and interning as a Personal Trainer, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. In Victoria’s words: "Assisting people in their journey to improved physical health and overall wellbeing brings me immense joy and satisfaction. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to surpass their fitness goals and lead fulfilling lives.” When not at work you can find her at the gym or trying different kinds of food! She also enjoys watching her favorite fitness influencers and is an avid animal lover!

      John is a student at William Paterson University majoring in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology, he is also a Coach for an all men’s baseball team. "After serving in the military for 4 years along with coaching baseball, I realized how significant recovery is for the body. This motivated me to earn my NASM certificate for personal training so I can help others reach their fitness goals and help them prioritize the recovery their bodies need." Post graduation, John is looking to expand his knowledge in athletic training and earn his ATC (Athletic Training Credential) along with a CSCS (Certified Stretch and Conditioning Specialist) for strength and conditioning. Outside of his studies and training, John enjoys working out and playing baseball. Henry David Thoreau once said, "What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals."

      Trisha has Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and is pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Science from William Paterson University. While working at a rehabilitation technician in various outpatient clinics she discovered that she wanted to make an impact in the health and wellness field. Outside of StretchLab you can find Trisha exploring new places or at the gym. In Trisha’s words, “For the longest time I have been wanting to make a difference in people’s lives in terms of their health and fitness. By being a part of Stretch Lab, I look forward to doing doing exactly that!.”

      Molly holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She worked as a physical therapy technician for 2 years before expanding her passion into personal training. Molly's goals have always been centered around helping others and showing them the value of exercise while also taking care of the body as a whole. Outside of StretchLab, you can find Molly in the gym, coaching, or spending time with family and friends. In her own words, "there is no better feeling than helping others discover just how capable they are. Whether it's goals in the gym, recovering from an injury, or taking the next step in treating your body right, it all starts with the first step! Being able to move your body is such a blessing and helping others go the distance in improving their quality of life is the most rewarding job."

      Alex graduated from Montclair State University with his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in clinical and pre-professional studies. Prior to finishing his degree at MSU, he played collegiate lacrosse at Southwestern University, earning SCAC academic honor roll and Director of Athletics Academic Excellence Award in 2019. Alex has experience as a physical therapy aide, beginning his journey in earning his DPT. Alex has been a stretch practitioner for over 2 years and has been grateful to positively impact the lives of people everyday. Currently, Alex is working towards his Massage Therapy license, hoping to hone his skills to better his clients. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his cat named Spaghetti, watching the Knicks and going to the gym.
