  • Sam

    Sam

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Sam! I was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida, but I’ve lived in Charlotte for the past four years while studying and playing Division I soccer at Queens University of Charlotte. I graduated from Queens with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Psychology. I have a background in personal training both on the soccer field and in the gym, and I’ve been surrounded by sports my whole life. I plan to pursue a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology with the goal of becoming a Performance Coach for a professional sports organization. Outside of athletics, I’m a bit of a Marvel nerd, I love all kinds of music, and I’m a huge foodie. At StretchLab, I’m excited to expand my knowledge of stretching and recovery while helping people achieve their goals—no matter how big or small!

    Lead Flexologist

Hi, my name is Jalen, I am a born and raised Charlotte native! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to being a Flexologist here at StretchLab Blakeney, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in mobility, muscle gain, weight loss, and body recomposition. Outside of work, I enjoy weightlifting, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends. My background as a basketball athlete and personal trainer has shown me just how important mobility and stretching are for pain management and injury prevention. At StretchLab, my goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move, feel, and live better!

    Jimmi

    Flexologist

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Fitness Management from North Carolina A&T and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from UNC Greensboro. My background has allowed me to work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from high school athletes to NBA professionals. Originally from Indianapolis, I’ve called North Carolina home for the past six years. At StretchLab, I’m able to follow my passion for kinesiology and helping others improve their mobility and overall well-being. I take a holistic approach with each client, focusing on the whole person rather than just the issue they come in with. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, running, cooking, and baking.

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Alisha, and I’m originally from Boston, MA, but have called Charlotte home for the past 13 years. I graduated from High Point University with a degree in Kinesiology and double minors in Psychology and Philosophy. Growing up, I played basketball, flag football, and track. I also had the opportunity to work with the Wake Forest football team in athletic training. Additionally, I worked with students with disabilities during college, assisting with rehabilitation and activities of daily living. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, painting, and going to the gym. My goal at StretchLab is to help improve quality of life by focusing on the little things that make a big difference. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!
  • Riley

    Riley

    Flexologist

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University and am currently working toward my Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certifications. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge of health and wellness so I can help people from all walks of life feel their best. As someone with a field hockey and ice hockey background, I understand the value of proper recovery, mobility, and injury prevention in both athletics and everyday life. Additionally, having a brother with a rare genetic disorder has given me a unique perspective on working with individuals of different abilities and needs. These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and providing support that is personalized to each individual. When I’m not at StretchLab, I enjoy running my small baking business, staying active, and continuing to learn about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. I’m excited to keep expanding my expertise in stretching and recovery while helping clients move better, feel better, and achieve their goals. I can’t wait to meet and work with you!
