As a certified athletic trainer, I have seen first-hand the benefits that stretching holds. StretchLab allows me to combine my knowledge of being an athletic trainer, an athlete, and a flexologist to create a stretch program that is right for you. So, whether you are looking to increase your flexibility as an athlete or in your day-to-day life, I can help! I am an outdoorsy person. Whether it is hiking with my dog or camping on the weekends, you will always find me doing some type of outdoor activity.

I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco and am pursuing a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies to specialize in orthopedics. Growing up as a high-level athlete I have always had a fascination for learning about body mechanics, injury prevention, and pain management techniques, especially after I went through knee surgery at a young age. I understand the journey your body and mind have to endure to help keep yourself healthy long-term. This growing passion has given me five years of experience working in both sports medicine and rehabilitation settings. I am very thankful to have worked with such a wide range of body types and ages so early on in my career and to be continuing my practice at StretchLab to help members achieve the movement in their bodies that they deserve. StretchLab allows me to not only help members reach their movement goals and increase their body awareness but also, to learn and grow from everyone around me in the studio.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. I played football at the Division II level. The position I played was defensive tackle. I got a back injury my senior year that I now consider a blessing. The injury allowed me to humble myself and pay more attention to my body and focus on health. I am wanting to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree because I understand how troubling injuries can be. If I can help someone feel better than they did moments before, it makes me happy. That is why at StretchLab I am glad to have the opportunity to be able to help the people who come in feel welcomed and build an environment of health and wellness so they can leave better than they came in. I like to workout, snowboard, hike, and eat! I believe in spreading joy and positivity and that anyone I meet can be positively affected from our interaction!

I have been living all over Colorado for the last 16 years, and I graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Integrative Physiology, with a focus on Exercise Science. I have a background in physical therapy and am pursuing my DPT here in Denver; the main focus of my work has been curating exercise programs for rehabilitation of knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder injuries/operations. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, running, reading, discovering new music, and watching a ton of movies. My lifestyle and passion fully align with the goals of StretchLab, which are to improve our members’ quality of life, and promote healthy habits to build a stronger community. I look forward to meeting all of the wonderful and driven members of StretchLab.

I am 24 years old & was born and raised in Southern Texas. I just moved to Denver one month ago and absolutely LOVE it so far! I love hiking, finding local breweries & coffee shops, and also do a little photography! I grew up loving sports as a kid & was grateful enough to play collegiate baseball. I have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a Masters degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I was just accepted into the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Regis University and will begin my schooling there this fall. I believe that I can be a strong asset to the StretchLab team as I am confident in my knowledge and experience in human anatomy/physiology, as well as the biomechanics & recovery process of the human body. I absolutely admire the complexity of the human body and believe we should treat the body as a whole.

I was born and raised outside of Chicago and have been in the Denver area for almost 8 years now. I am a NASM and ISSA certified personal trainer with a few other disciplines under my belt. Currently, I’m finishing up my Bachelors in Exercise Science with Lionel University. Before StretchLab, I worked with athletes across all age ranges to reach their peak performance, but one thing was always missing, dedicated stretching time, honing in on the trouble areas we experience. Having gone through a number of injuries and surgeries, I understand the need for proper body mechanics. At StretchLab and with my background, I aim to help clients of all ages and backgrounds to provide the best experience so you can do more of what you love!! Outside of StretchLab, you can find me mountain biking or paddleboarding enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.

I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Human Performance, and a minor in Psychology. I am First Aid/AED/CPR certified. I am also currently studying for my strength and conditioning coach certification. I am a first-generation Colorado native and enjoy camping, hiking, skiing and paddleboarding. Staying active is a vital piece in who I am as my parents taught me to ski at age 4 and I spend most days in the gym. I am looking forward to working with others and assisting them in returning to enjoying life as much as I do!

I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in the gorgeous foothills. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and prefer to be outdoors. I am a graduate of The University of Northern Colorado (BA Social Sciences/Education) and received my Medical Massage License from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2010. Over my professional career I have specialized in both oncology and sports massage modalities. I believe that stretching the body is the most important element to optimizing a person’s physical quality of life. I also love educating people on how movement affects their structure and body performance. Health and Fitness has always been a very important part of my personal life and I am very blessed that Stretch Lab gives me the opportunity to help others to live their best life, sharing the gift of stretch!

I graduated from Gonzaga University with a BA in Criminal Justice where I played for the Gonzaga University Rugby Football Club. After undergrad, I worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years, but decided I wanted to make a career change. I always had a love of sports and fitness, so I decided to make a career out of helping people regain their quality of life, increase performance, and prevent injuries. I went back to school with the end goal of earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have taken prerequisite courses for physical therapy school in anatomy and physiology and am currently working on PT school applications. In addition to my position at StretchLab, I work as an Exercise Technician at Craig Hospital where I facilitate locomotor training with patients who have spinal cord and brain injuries. I have worked with a variety of clients and have previous experience in a strength and conditioning setting where I helped train athletes of all levels. StretchLab allows me to combine my experience in healthcare and strength training with stretching to help my clients reach their functional and athletic goals, increase quality of life through greater mobility, and reduce pain. When I am not working you can find me at the gym or hiking with my wife and our two dogs, Sawyer and Rocky.
